Well equipped, microwave, washer dryer, drinking water dispenser dispensing hot and cold water. Free parking within apartment carpark. Really good security, the guards are friendly. Host was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool depth is 1.2m which is ideal for pre teens. Numerous restaurants, cafes, hair nail salons, huge jaya grocer about 8mins walk. Tasixi tim sum 5mins walk. 24hr family Mart, 5 mins walk to corgi talk, 5 mins walk to petlovercentre. Super convenient. 6 seater grab to legoland just rm13.

The property is exactly like what it advertised. Environment is super clean, floor is high, view is good. Even the car park secured is just right next to the lift. Makes the move even easier for us. It’s surrounded by all the eatery too. Within walking area, can get any food you would prefer. The host/owner is being super friendly and responsive. We requested to check in earlier and she’s willing to accommodate for us and keep us updated on the status whether when might be ready and when it’s ready. Def recommend this property! My family all love it too.

Not enough toilet paper provided, was hoping it’s clean as per other guests feedback but it was kind of dusty, almost everyone are down with sinus issue except for me due to usage of Cpap. Mould found on one bedroom pillow and bolster. Only allow one car to get entry to the carpark even though there’s more carpark available at the multi story carpark. Good for host to share which carpark lot assigned as security has to give warning to clamp our car wheels.

Location filled with good food choices. Nearby there’s the Largest Jaya Grocer. Property management / Host, Florence is very prompt to us. 2 Ensuite bedroom with toilet. Good washing machine/dryer.

The bathroom was a little wet when we arrived. This could have been kept dry by just turning on the ventilation in the bathroom a little longer.

We stayed for 2 nights and the family absolutely enjoyed this duplex unit. Location is great as it is 10 mins away from Legoland by car and there is a lot of food choices at ground floor and nearby. Access to unit is also easy getting from car park to the unit. View from unit is amazing with beautiful sunrise and sunsets.

I would wish that there would be cookware (like pans) provided in case the guests want to cook. Also, the glass partition in the bathroom is not enough to avoid splashing water outside the bath area, so do be aware.

The property itself was very nice and spacious. It was very well designed. The couch in the living room was super comfortable. TV wqs big and had netflix installed. Wifi was fast. The host always made herself available and responded promptly to my queries. The building is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Walking around is quite nice in the afternoon. The balcony also is quite nice just to sit down and have a coffee.

We only had one access card which was very incovenient for my family of 5. Be sure to let the host know ahead of time to provide more access cards!

Location is excellent, with lots of eateries around within walking distance. The accomodation is comfortable and there are lots of amenities within the condo itself, including a big swimming pool!

Everything is great

1. Location is great, surrounded by restaurants. We always come here to eat after visiting Legoland, first time noticed can stay here as well. 2. The unit has three rooms in two floors, great for a family stay. My kids love this place so much 3. The unit is very clean and has fantastic view.

Host is very friendly and welcoming. Property is superbly furnished and very clean. Location is excellent, convenient to shops and many restaurants and the area is secure and child friendly. The facilities - swimming pool, gym, outdoor bbq area is all super. We will visit again in 2023.

- proximity to food (lots of food) - host constantly checked in and very responsive via WhatsApp - very clean! - good views - well equipped with water dispenser, microwave, fridge, washer with drying function. Will book again on next trip to JB!

It's warm and inviting atmosphere when I stayed. All rooms were clean and well-equipped as well. And my parents were also pretty much satisfied with this condo. Even conveniently located to reach Cafe and restaurants.

Price is abit high. There should be some bathroom clothes rack/hook to hang our clothes.

The location is excellent. There are many eateries around. The apartment is clean and comfortably decorated.
