Overall is good and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only the bathroom shower water too small , I means can be strong a bit of this part lah . Otherwise good and nice ☺️

Water pressure for bidets and shower is poor! Its actually quite far from mid valley southkey mall, but they have shuttle bus (which services end at 6pm :(

The breakfast spread is amazing so much options and delicious! Room is on the smaller side but still comfy.

Water tends to overflow from shower area, making sink area wet.

Though 7 mins walk to Mid-Valley South Key, relatively quiet away from the hustle bustle. Room is clean and modern.

1. an additional shower on top of the rain shower will be good. 2. ants in the room 3. to provide hand soap instead of shampoo at the sink will be more appropriate. 4. provide more hanging facilities in the bathroom for recycle bath towels.

Slight smell in toilet, same as everyone else who reviewed Seems to only affect lower floors more though, requesting for higher floors might solve that assuming the sewage system is at the ground floor

The hotel staff were friendly and we really liked the convenience of the shuttle bus to Mid Valley. Everything was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here again in future.

It seem that there is a change in the quality of the disposable wooden spoons at the hotel room. The strong woody smell is affecting the beverage's aroma. Hopefully, they can look into exploring alternative options to ensure that guests can fully enjoy their hot beverages without any unpleasant odors.

I recently completed my third stay at this hotel within the span of six months. One of the primary draws for me has been the exceptional cleanliness maintained throughout the premises. From the lobby to the rooms, every corner exudes a sense of freshness and tidiness of the hotel. Moreover, being a relatively new establishment, the hotel maintains a modern and well-kept appearance, which adds to its allure. Overall, my experiences at this hotel have consistently met my expectations, making it my preferred choice whenever I'm in the area.

Probably the toilet can be cleaner but no complaints.

Opero Hotel is a walking distance to the Midvalley Southkey, about 5-7mins. Relatively new and have quite good window view. Value for money.

Look and feel clean. No complain. Great. Just that can feel Dusty everywhere. The bed, the pantry. The toilet no complain. But hope and reminder to always keep it wash with "water" and soap. After each check out. And will not use our used towel to wipe the toilet. Cos I've seen some housekeeper do this. In other hotel. Keep up Ur good work !

The shower does not drain fast, possibly due to the lack of elevation of the floor/ drain not indented enough which causes the floor to be slippery. My boyfriend slipped when he entered the shower after me, he was lucky that he didn't hit his head on any sharp edges.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. There were a few restaurants beside the hotel as well. Hotel front desk and security guards were friendly. The room was within my expectations, quite clean, comfortable size for two pax, basic amenities provided.
