We found the sliding wall design between the bedroom and the bathrooms to be uncomfortable. But not a deal breaker.

Wonderful views of the beach. Right on the beach so access is super easy

The cleanness of the swimming pool is not that clean and we didn't feel like swimming there and also with other outdoor facilities that are quite old and worn-out

The location and the service are impressive. The room is comfortable especially the bed

amount of stairs to beach waiting for a cart to take you there shady swimming pool 90% of the time staff at the beach took a very long time to get to you drinks took 25 minutes to get to us and food took 1.5 hours to get to us but was nice a member of the kitchen staff was stood at the (kitchen) door staring at me and winking at me whilst I was eating with my family wasnt told about transport to centre of mae phim until asked

i thought it needed a little TLC , a bit update required , The beach front restaurant was too expensive compared to the next door drift bar , I noticed many people went there to eat rather than the service charge

Breakfast was excellent and delicious. We received excellent and fast service from Q-Centara Rayong staffs during we stayed. Place is clean and comfortable for vacation. We will get there again.

I have booked Superior ocean facing room because I seen the picture show the view from balcony,But when I got the room the view is very different.I request to change the room but it all full and staff told me " Everyone was OK. with that,There is no problem like you." I'm very disappointed for the room and the more for the staff. So I think the hotel should change the picture to the real one. PS. I attached the photo from booking.com and the photo from the actually rooms.

The layout of the whole place, so much wasted space in an attempt to look good, but the up and down levels were tiresome. I understand it was probably due to the narrow land plot they had. They did have a shuttle round to the beach though instead of traversing up and down the levels.

Staff were great and all good English speaking, Room was good with very comfy bed. Breakfast was very good and restaurant was very clean and tidy, again with great staff. Shuttle from reception to beach and back was very good and much needed.

the view from room isn't that good and with the very narrow beach front, the distance from main building to beach is a little bit far and many steps to go to the beach it's not really easy to access to the beach during the covid-19 time the breakfast is separate into rounds and you need to pick not really flexibility in case you'd like to change your mind in the morning

the room size is quite big and bed is good. air conditioner also works well. the room also have private tiny terrace which is a good point as well

All facilities were closed due to COVID 19, but the hotel did not seem to get any cheaper. So same price, less facilities. I was hoping that the pool was open (some hotels did).

Room lock was broken when I arrived. I was swapped from the room straight away which was good but a disappointing start.

Location on the beach. The staff were very helpful. Shame the TV channels were not available and there was no indication in the website about the reduction.
