The room is a bit tiny but that's not a big deal.

Location is the best because the hotel is located in the inner city. We can go for sightseeing on foot.

The staff only cleaned one bed on the first night and didn’t do a very good job of the rest of the room. Another night we woke up to knocking on the door at 8am asking if we wanted our room cleaned despite the donning disturb sign on the door. The knocking went on for about half an hour

The toilet was very tiny and squishy. The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows I'd ever experienced, it was like sleeping with my perched on a tower whilst my body was on the ground. Made for great neck pain. Checkout was slow, staff took ages to check us out.

Amazing location that's close to everything. 711 downstairs which was very convenient. Rooms were good size and nice.

Wi-Fi was terrible.

Amazing breakfast, you can find literally everything including cereals, pastries, salads, pancakes, even noodles :) It definitely exceeded our expectations. Good job!

Not sure if any other guests brought this up. The bathroom is badly designed. The shower area glass doors open from the center and the shower rose is pointing directly at the glass doors so when you are showering, the water hits the doors and flows out of the shower area, making the whole bathroom floor all wet...should do something about this issue.

The location was great. Train outside of the hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly.. The hotel was clean and well kept. I highly recommend the hotel.

However, downside is that I cannot sleep here. It is either too cold or too hot. And the smell of javel cleaner solution is so heavy.

It is not really within the crowded, high traffic area, so it is still easy to get grab/taxi. The room is neat and tidy even though it is small but functional. Walkable distance to Siam Paragon and very near to BTS National Stadium

sound proofing between rooms can be improved as i can hear the next room still talking loudly way past midnight.

location was fantastic, next to National Stadium BTS and less than 10-minute walk to the major shopping malls in Siam area. basic room with everything you need, else, you can buy other necessities at the 7-11 at the lobby!

The lighting inside the room should be improved as it's too dark. The TV system should have a bit more Thai Channels like CH7, Amarin, WorkPoint. The TV always makes some fuzzy noise & we had to turn it off as the noise stays on forever. The bathroom should install ventilation fan. The couch's sofa should be changed to a firmer one.

The Air Conditioner is super quiet even it's from Central AirCon. The bed is comfortable for a good night sleep without backache. The location is only steps away from National Stadium BTS Station, walking distance to MBK Center & Siam Center / Siam Paragon. The breakfast is good with both American & Thai dishes. I used to stay here every year coming to Bangkok, this time the price is a little high even thought not at a high season, may be due to the employee wages increasing.

Nothing much to complain. Only probably that you need to pay for the usage of the pool.

The hotel location was great given the price of the room. Located at the main area. Love that there is a 7eleven at the lobby as it was very useful. Located at a BTS station is also a plus point.
