We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesWe didn't have the breakfast buffet included with our room but paid for it one morning and were a blt underwhelmed given the cost, but it was fine.
The standout favorite of the 4 hotels we stayed at during our time in Thailand. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and staff are all amazing and so friendly. The hotel bar is also excellent, with a long and beautiful cocktail list and skilled bartenders. We loved the bartender Faustino!

Everything very close to Perfection. Melia Chiang Mai deserve it 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. From the moment we arrived we feel special, attention to details. Staffs are exceeding excellence, they are happy and work as a team. The most impressive things about this place to me is how the Hotel owner treat the staffs and providing everyone with meals on a daily basis. Thanks you for keeping your staffs Happy as in return they will continue exceeding ( it’s a wonderful concept).

IrelandBar in 22nd floor was closed for duration of our stay for renovations. We wish we had been told in advance as we were looking forward to sunset drinks there. WiFi disconnected frequently. That was frustrating.

Friendly and welcoming staff, informative concierge and they upgraded me after I had a long day and disappointment at another hotel close by in Chiang Mai. The gym is excellent and the rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast choice was ample and they had some dietary foods too.

The hotel is gorgeous. The location is perfect, near markets, shops, laundrys, but far from noises and confusion. The breakfast is superb and the kids club is amazing (lots of games, toys, amenities and very very clean). The is beautiful and the kids pool is so much fun. Room service super fast and delicious.

Beautiful rooms with city views, abundant breakfast with diversity, gorgeous spa and the poolside is a great area to chill after visiting places. The rooftop bar has spectacular views for sunset drinks. Highly-recommended for stays past a few nights as it’s like a home away from home. The Amelia brand rocks!

NetherlandsThere was a small mishap in the transport but it was elegantly solved. Kids pool was closed for construction, so you might want to check how long this will still be happening, if this is important to you.
I spent three nights with my two small boys (1YO and 4YO) here. Participating that I would be solo parenting for a few days, I tried to pick the best and comfortable accommodation for that - so the child playroom was a major plus. And it was truly amazing! All the details were so well thought out, the sky lounge bar was great, our room was spacious and fresh, the playroom felt as new, beds were great, staff was amazing. The location was right next to the night market and I walked with my two small children, I never felt uneasy or unsafe (though we were there between 7 and 9PM, so early evening). My only regret was that my husband was not able to join haha, I would have loved to spend a night at the sky lounge restaurant together! Thank you for the amazing stay! Would definitely come back.

Israel1. ceilings are way too low in some parts of the hotel, to the point where if you’re 1.8 meters you will need to tilt your head. We switched our initial room due to loud AC, got an upgraded room which was bigger but, super low ceilings and a window facing a wall with white stickers on it (to prevent you from seeing you’re facing a wall in a premium room) made it, despite its size, feel claustrophobic. 2. breakfast was overpriced and didn’t offer enough of a selection.
the lobby is pretty, pool area was good and the everyone on staff is very nice and polite, especially Au at the front desk who helped us.

The location was very convenient, just 2mins walking distance to the night market for shopping or dining. New facilities in gym room & opens 24/7. Delicious breakfast, spacious room, friendly & professional staff The best service was YHI spa, its environment was beautiful, and the staffs were professional. It provided a variety of spa treatments, the "signature treatment" was perfect, we did twice during our trip.
