Air conditioner is extremely loud regardless of setting. Sounds like a wind storm in your room. As a light sleeper I found this quite annoying. The lifts are very busy and slow.

The only thing that we were a bit unhappy with is one of the managers said they would help us organize a trip to an Elephant sanctuary and they never got back to us. Small issue, could have organized ourselves so no big problem.

Everything! The staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful, especially Ploy and George. The room was probably the best room we’ve ever had in a hotel, we did upgrade to the Level Suit but it was worth it. We had access to the Level lounge where we were able to enjoy a quiet breakfast, we also had afternoon tea every day and there was usually food and drinks available as part of our package. The hotel is two minutes walk (through the car park) to the most amazing food night bazaar with all the shops, stalls, foods and massage places you could ever want.

The lack of lifts, only 4 to service 20 floors. The lifts are also quite small and not air-conditioned.

We loved the location of this hotel, close to a few nights markets. The staff were all super friendly. Buffet breakfast is amazing with a good variety of food. The level suite is the nicest room we've stayed at with all amenities included. The pool is also beautiful.

I loved this hotel and its attention to detail. Please call the rooftop as such and with no other name because I discovered it the last night. We stayed 6 nights and I loved their restaurant and it's facilities. Beautiful breakfast, beautiful setting wide open and bright Thank you for a great stay

we had a block toilets but it was fixed. i was a bit disappointed that the hotel did not provide any special for my birthday celebration,

the breakfast was very nice and food are fresh and tasty. the loctaion of the hotel was so nice, close to the makets and plenty to do aroung the hotel.

Could have had a couple more water refilling stations around, but we just popped into the gym to fill up when heading out for the day. No worries!

Melia is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is super new and the facilities are really clean and well designed. The pool us lush and the gym has amazing equipment. Beds are SO comfy and there's plenty of places around the hotel to sit and relax. Breakfast was good, especially like the omelette bar and Thai tea made for you in the morning.

I hope to get more detail about their spa/massage within their hotel.

The staffs were very well trained. They were all polite, kind, and knowledgeable about local places and activities that could be recommended to their guests. The hotel entrance is big enough to welcome all travellers when checking in simultaneously. The fitness and swimming pool are of excellent quality. I will definitely take my family to this hotel again in the near future.
