We have been overall a bit disappointed with the services in the hotel. We feel like it was very expensive for what it was in the end - the airport taxi was not waiting for us where they should have, the rooms are generally quite noisy (we had to ask for a change due to noise from the elevator, and it was a bit hard to find a better room). The check in was quite chaotic due to a mistake (they assigned us a room with someone already inside which was a bit embarrassing). The breakfast has quite a poor choice, taking in account the overall price of the stay. I would not come back again as I feel like it was a loss of money.

We loved the pool and our room was nice. The hotel offers free cooking classes in the afternoon which are great.

Even though the location is excellent for walking around the fenced city, it is behind a large market facing the stress parallel to the hotel. Some rooms on the third floor overlook the back end of that market. I got one of those rooms for six nights. Luckily, I like to wake up early and have a cup of coffee on the balcony, so I enjoyed the alley buzz, but I can see how some people would rather have another view. The lower floors have the peripheral wall of the property, which is very beautiful terracotta designs of Thai deities

It is an excellent value-for-money hotel. With a three-star rating, it exceeded my expectations. The staff was always helpful and kind, both at reception and in the breakfast room. The cleaning service was efficient and thorough. The breakfast was on par for a three-star rating. I liked that they changed the Thai dish they presented every day.

The only two things that were not outstanding were the bed, which was too hard for me, and the lighting in the bathroom which was too dim.

The hotel was beautiful with a traditional look and feel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They had a delicious breakfast buffet that included choices of western and asian foods as well as eggs and coffees, such as cappuccino, to order. We used the swimming pool everyday as a refresher at the end of our hot and busy days.

Nothing, absolutely nothing.

This property is a must visit. It has everything that you could want, not to mention just how absolutely gorgeous it is. The staff are so incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help & made us feel so incredibly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyday there was an activity, ranging from watercolor painting to Thai food. Stunning. Breakfast was a treat, once again the staff bent over backwards to help & it was almost that they could see us coming & our coffee order was waiting for us. The pool & garden surrounds were beautiful. The property as a whole is beautiful & I highly recommend it. I have no hesitations on going back there.

The only drawback was the unreliable WiFi, which was a bit frustrating at times. However, this minor inconvenience didn't significantly detract from an otherwise wonderful stay.

They do warn you at booking that noise does carry and it can be a little bit noisy during you stay. I did notice this was the case when other guests were closing the doors to their rooms. It didn’t affect my stay at all but could bother people sensitive to sounds, mostly early in the morning. I wouldn’t let this stop me from staying again!

I like everything about this place! It was so beautiful and spacious. Everyone that worked there was friendly and always said hello. The team in reception were fantastic and helped in any way they could. They made an effort to remember me and where I had been or what I had booked to do that day. The rooms were wonderful, clean and it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice to stay here. Definitely worth the money!

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was so beautiful with the terracotta art everywhere - was really traditional and much more interesting than a big chain hotel. The facilities were great and location was perfect - within the city walls and close to all the temples and markets. The staff were all SO lovely, friendly, kind and helpful!

There isn’t anything much negative to say. If I had to say one almost negative thing it would be that the pool area could do with being a bit bigger. But there is nothing that can be done about that anyway. So I guess I’m just picking fault because I need to!!

It was so so welcoming. You were greeted at the door and the check in was very smooth. They were very helpful in booking excursions and gave good advice. We were there for 3 nights. The bed was very comfortable and a nice touch was the little gift they left on the bed for us. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Location wise it was ideal for the night markets.

No hotel bar but one across the street. No fitness center. AC was weirdly running some program that would change the temperature setpoint during the night and the room would get hot. The last night the room got super cold during the night, so not sure what’s up with that. Pool is small and often no sunbeds were available. There’s not much room round the pool, kind of cramped but still nice. The floor was dirty in our room and the bottoms of our feet would get black.

Hotel is beautiful! The design and the room were pretty. Great Gastro bar across the street, called The Faces. TV had some English channels besides news. Great location near all the sights and markets. Staff friendly and helpful. Robes and slippers provided with room. Water refill station in the lobby was convenient. 7-11 nearby.

The staff were extremely helpful and the place was well kept. Location was brilliant especially having the market on your front door which was nice to listen to in the early morning and then visit. To note you could not hear the outside in your room.

First Impression: Impressive! WOOOOOOOOOOW.. Every aspect was flawless – from the staff, breakfast, and location to the hotel's design, decor, and ambiance. We would rate it 200 out of 100! It may sound like an exaggeration, but they truly surpassed our expectations. The hospitality, warm smiles, and cozy, authentic, and relaxing atmosphere were exceptional. We will definitely return again. Oh, and It's conveniently close to tourist spots, massage shops, and Front of a fantastic restaurant with delightful decoration and a fantastic ambiance.
