a wonderful hotel, cozy and stylish, the rooms are decorated with designer flair, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. large shower, towels are changed every day, water is brought to the room every day. big and satisfying breakfast. The owners help resolve any issues. You can arrange to rent a car or arrange a hot air balloon flight. the hotel itself is located between different valleys, through which you can walk. The valleys are all different and even more interesting than the famous ones. the only problem. There are no good shops nearby, only cafes and a mini market (where you can buy water and chips and chocolate)

We are extremely satisfied with our stay. The rooms were intriguing and authentic, providing a true sense of place. The hotel boasts several terraces, which not only serve breakfast but also offer a spectacular view of hot air balloons in the morning—a truly magical experience. The location is convenient for exploring on foot, with attractions like Rose Valley just a short walk away. Other sights are easily accessible by car within 5-10 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and exceptionally accommodating to children, ensuring a very family-friendly atmosphere throughout our visit. They were also exceptionally helpful during a difficult situation at our departure. Highly recommend for a memorable and child-friendly stay!

Little further from the city centre than I thought it was.

The staff/hosts were probably the best I had throughout this Japan and Europe trip. Cannot fault them, and they were super helpful. I was only there for three nights, and leaving felt sad like I was part of the family.

Nothing as such, almost everything was perfect

Agarta is one of the best hotels in Cappadocia region, the location is perfect and the rooms are just awesome. Rooms are actually made in caves and gives you the feeling of living in an actual cave yet have all the amenities of a good hotel. The view early morning from the rooms balcony of the Baloons is just breathtaking. The owners are very kind people and will help you with almost every problem. There was an issue with our flight from Nevsehir to London and we didn't have a phone to contact Turkish Airlines customer care, the owner of the hotel was very kind to give his own mobile for more than half an hour to us to talk to the customer care, these small things take your experience to a whole different level. Last but not the least the actual king of the property is the owners dog named Aga he is the sweetest.

We really wanted to stay in a cave hotel and wanted to stay outside of the main "hot air balloon" town (Göreme), for a quieter atmosphere. The hotel is gorgeous and has wonderful terraces for sunning and watching the hot air balloons float overhead and nice views of the hot air balloons/sunset/caves nearby (you can see them from your hotel room window, as well as from every terrace on the property). The breakfast is amazing - lots of delicious variety; you can also order eggs any way you like them. The staff are all lovely and welcoming. We stayed in a family suite and felt like we had a really good space for all of us. For more dinner options, Göreme is a 5 minute taxi ride away.

Breakfast can be better,add more hot bread or soup,and more international food will be better,however,the staffs in the kitchen and restaurant are very kind and great service. the room is very dry in the evening, after a night sleep,most of us not feel so good, because the driness from the AC.

The staff in the breakfast area was wonderful, and so nice. We didn't have enough time for breakfast and they made us sandwiches to go with extra bread and olives. There is a young girl unfortunately I don't know her name, she is the youngest I think she is wonderful, I only remember she told us she has many cats in her house, She is the best!

Since it is a cave hotel, the air flow in the the room comes from only a front window. We had to open the door to get the air flow and close it before bed. The staff was really nice to lend us an electric fan. No air conditioner so in summer it may be rather hot.

The breakfast offers a huge variety of local turkish food (with jams / olives / honey). Sometimes we would only take a little to sample. Then I am scared that the entire plate would be thrown in the dustbin :(

I really can't find a single thing. Maybe the orange juice at breakfast should be avoided, stick to the tea which is delicious.

The room was just incredible, carved in the stone as promised. It was afraid it would be cold and humid, but it was nothing like that. It was super comfortable. The breakfast was also really good. Also, the reception staff helped us organize things, get bookings, etc

Could not have imagined a more perfect stay. The room was tastefully decorated with a bathtub, lights to illuminate and bring to life the cave suite. There were seating areas with comfy sofas, swings - all with amazing views. We could see the balloons float past our door every morning and it was surreal. Breakfast was fit for a king and could be customised to our preference as well. We booked the hot air balloon through the hotel and everything was seamless. There’s a great restaurant right next door which was very convenient. The ladies at the reception were very kind and responsive to our needs. Highly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back someday.

We really enjoyed our two nights stay at Agarta Cave Hotel. Hot air balloons fly right over it and create an amazing view in the mornings! Breakfast was very fulfilling and all the staff made us feel welcomed. Special thanks to Mr. Ali and Ms. Senem for all their recommendations and such a warm welcome.

The little town in which the hotel is located is dead at night..you must have a car or ask for a taxi to go and return to/from Goreme or Avanos for restaurants and night life. Anyway is just 8-6 minutes by car from those places

The balloons show every morning from the hotel is magical The kitchen personnel are amazing ..they pampered you anytime to feel at home Ali is a great host on this great located and relaxing hotel Thks for everything

The view of Agarta is amazing, plus, room service and staff are both satisfactory. You can 100% experience special and romantic atmosphere here. Even the pet dog Aga in the hotel is cute and friendly. Honestly speaking, if I got another chance to visit here, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Every suggestions and favors the reception gave us are reliable. Thanks for everything they did for us these days.
