Everything was fine!

The location is good, it is quiet but you have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get to the center. We really liked the neighbourhood though, there are a lot of cute local shops and we did some souvenir shopping really cheap! The room is also rellay nice, its very big and comfortable, clean and everything works perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful, just beware that you have to walk up steep stairs without an elevator, I'm sure thought that the staff will help you with big luggage!

We reached the hotel a little late but all was ready and welcoming without any hassle. They also allowed to eat and enjoy our pizza bought from outside and provided everything from glass.. Spoon.. fork.. plate without even us asking... It was very good and will always remember this hotel when thinking of visiting this area again

If you drive a car, it may be a trouble because the road is very narrow. If you not very experienced in driving in very narrow road, we would not recommend it.

Staff is great, there is no elevator but the staff help us bring the luggage up stair. There is 3 slot for parking lot in front of the hotel, there are still more parking space not far away from the hotel. The staff also help us a lot about the parking lot. He ask his friend to move the car out in front of the hotel for us.

Very clean, all facilities are new and good. Close to the train station and agora ruins, it takes only 18 mins to walk to the clock tower. Nearby there are a lot restaurants and supermarkets, very convenient.

I can't recommend the staff enough. The customer service is incredible! On my arrival around 10pm, I got lost driving between the streets. They arranged someone to find me - never expected that! Turkish people are the best 👌

The bathroom smelled a little musty. We couldn't get the TV to work. Our room was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator. The staircase was not well lit.

The hotel is an oasis in a central, traditional neighborhood. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, particularly with bringing our luggage to and from our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

We had 3 black regular tees and a small water during our stay and we did not know that they will be charged. In other hotels in Turkey they offer it during our stay without any additional charge.

hotel is in izmir immigrant area and may feel scary in the area but is not scary other than be careful with the driverss the area has its charachter close to food and restaurants and shopping street may be hard to find at first

A very pleasant stay. The hosts are very attentive with the luggage, they are available for everything. There is no elevator. But this is not a problem because the hosts help with the luggage. The location is good, close to the center, ideal for shopping in the bazaars of Izmir and trying the typical food of the area. 10 minutes walk from the sea. An ideal stay for quality-price.
