the only downside I can think of is if you have difficulty walking, there are a lot of stairs, especially to reach the breakfast location

the staff is simply perfect, they welcome you enthusiastically and immediately make you feel at home, nothing is too much. The rooms are neat and beautiful. The location is beautiful and perfect, enough parking space. The breakfast was amazing and the view was beautiful. I am often critical, but there is little I can say about this hotel. If we come back to Göreme we will definitely stay here. Big compliments to the staff who always seem cheerful and radiate positive energy And thank you for organizing the balloon trip for a very good price, it was a once in a lifetime experience.

It’s a 3 star rated hotel I think , so can’t expect more . Cappadocia is a major tourist destination and prices reflect that

Breakfast was plentiful and varied buffet style. The view from the breakfast area was awesome. Our room was simple, clean and comfortable,but we also had a great view and a seating area outside to take in the ambience - so beautiful at night too. the staff extremely kind and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike.

Everything! The staff were friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious. The location was great. The buildings were beautiful. Breakfast was varied and delicious. From what I could tell, most units had an outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful views.

The breakfast buffet was big but often had leftovers from the previous days.

The caves are tastefully converted to rooms and makes for a comfortable stay option. The hotel has multiple terraces and open space to take in the view of the landscape. The staff is helpful with local tips and guidance. We had booked our hot air ballon ride through the hotel and they kept us informed throughout the process.

Nothing to add! But some guests might be scared away because of the flights of steps to different levels.

Two things in particular: (1) The room, carved out of the rock, was exceptional. It was large, clean, and comfortable. What a feeling to be inside a "cave" room! (2) The room, which was two flights of steps up from the front entry, had a wide-open view of Goreme village and the hills beyond. Early in the morning (5:30 a.m.), the view of the balloons (more than 70 that I counted) were visible from the top floor. But I also do not want to overlook the magnificient breakfast and the staff! Great service.

The hotel is clean, the people are great and super friendly, and the best 👍 was our best stay here. The sky terrace is a great place to view the ballon, as shown in the picture. We all love this hotel so much, and we will come back. The room is perfect, and the restaurant is the best in town. We have a great stay here, and for those who are driving like us, this hotel provides good car parking.

Pillows lumpy

Phenomenal service. We were separated from one our party hiking. Asked hotel staff if he had returned. He hadn’t. Hotel staff jumped in car with the related party and drove up where the ATVs go asking vendors if they’d seen him. It’s the rare hotel that cares as much about their guests safety!

We loved everything about our stay!

Aydinli Cave Hotel is beautiful! The views overlooking Goreme from the many terraces are stunning as is the view you'll have while eating breakfast. There's a great selection of delicious food for breakfast, both sweet and savoury. The rooms are beautiful as well as clean and the decor perfectly matches the setting. What will truly make your stay at this hotel is the wonderful staff, they are so kind and willing to help. Extra shout-out to Gokhan! They can help set you up with tours including the hot air balloon ride (I really suggest going with Butterfly Balloons if you can) as well as transfers to and from the airport. (Side note, I recommend bringing EUR/USD/TL with you if you plan to pay in cash as the ATMs in the area have high fees). Team Aydinli really go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay not only in their hotel but in the Goreme/Cappadocia area. Their restaurant across from the hotel Turkish Ravioli is well worth a visit too, great food! I highly recommend Aydinli Cave Hotel.

Our room was on the 5th floor lots of stairs to climb. Be aware if you have knee issues or any disability not really great for that.
