Room 101 has some kind of ventilation issue and is very humid/musty. It almost has a mold smell.

The staff were EXCELLENT. They were able to get us a last minute balloon tour and helped with an issue with our rental car. Most helpful staff I’ve experienced while traveling. The location was also excellent: very close to downtown (walking distance) without being in the hustle and bustle of town. Also very conveniently close to an excellent (and inexpensive) bakery!

The day we visit, the showering head was a bit broken, the water leaking from corner of the showering head. But it is not a big deal. We still rate this facility a 10 score.

The best of the best staff we ever visit in Turkey. He offer us the activities with very good price that you can't even found in elsewhere. Everything he offer, you can almostly sure that it is the best price.

The airport itself needs an overhaul, but that is not the Hotel's issue...just a Cappadocia issue.

Fabulous staff, very helpful and kind. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Walking distance down to a shopping and restaurant area. Breakfast was lovely. The Front Desk arranged van transfers to and from the Airport, as well as my balloon adventure and a Turkish dinner with a show. All were reasonably priced and punctual.

Our stay at Rustic Caves was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the incredible hospitality and service provided by the entire staff. A special mention goes to Arman, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our trip was memorable. His assistance with organizing tours was superb. He recommended the Green Tour, which was perfect since we were already in the Red Tour zone, and he presented all the information transparently and without any pressure. We appreciated being able to pay in Turkish Lira, which made the process seamless. One of the highlights of our trip was watching the hot air balloons. Arman advised us to take a 20-minute walk to the sunset point, a spot where everyone gathers for an unobstructed view of the breathtaking sight. It was an unforgettable experience. The breakfast at the hotel was delightful, offering a wide variety of options each morning. While the selection was consistent throughout our stay, you can request scrambled eggs instead of the standard hard-boiled ones for a bit of variety. The room was comfortable and the shower was big and fantastic. Great water pressure. Bed was one of the comfiest in Türkiye. Additionally, the hotel organized our airport transfers perfectly, ensuring timely and stress-free transportation both to and from the airport. The location of Rustic Caves was also very convenient, with everything we needed within walking distance. This made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. Overall, our stay at Rustic Caves was fantastic, and we are grateful for the warm hospitality we received. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable.

Loved the place very near to market area of Goreme , lovely delicious breakfast, very very friendly staff very beautiful couple serving breakfast with a big smile. Rooms are comfortable with windows where we can see Balloon Rides. Would definitely book again. Thankyou Rustic for a wonderful memory!!

We were warmly greeted by Arman who was very friendly and welcoming. Throughout our stay Arman would always make time for us, providing us with very helpful information and also helped arrange our tours. Very genuine guy who is willing to help !! The rest of the staff were also very nice !! The accommodation itself is still very new, perfect location from the city centre as well as a good walking distance from the Sunset point view where you can watch the hot air balloons. Our room was perfect and clean, very spacious! Breakfast was absolutely amazing !! We would highly recommend this stay, It will definitely meet your expectations. It was by far the best accommodation that we have stayed during our time in Turkey. Thank you Rustic Cave !! Absolutely beautiful and magnificent service !!

The room was a good size, the bathroom was amazing and the king sized bed was extremely comfortable. The location is very good and nestled in a quiet street just 5 mins walk from the Main Street and all the town has to offer. The staff were friendly and very helpful

The staff members, including the receptionist, are amiable and supportive. Free coffee and tea are offered around-the-clock. The restaurant where they provide complimentary breakfast is excellent. They have live kitchen during breakfast, which is additional feature. There is a wide selection of cuisine offered for free breakfast. It was also discovered that the free parking outside the hotel was safer.

-The staff at Rustic Caves Hotel is so welcoming and helpful. We stayed there 4 nights and felt at home. We were greeted by Arman when we arrived early in the morning, he made sure we were fed and gave us great itinerary tips. -The breakfast spread was a highlight. Neda at the restaurants was a gem. -The room was spacious & very clean. The bathroom was immaculate. -Hotel is well located, off the main streets yet so close to the action. Göreme itself is a great base for exploring Cappadocia.

We are infinitely glad that picked this particular hotel! The staff and the owner of the place are very helpful, outgoing and welcoming. Breakfasts were on point and with the good view as well. All the essentials were in the room, the bed was enormous and so was the shower room. Definitely recommend this place! Teşekkür ederim!
