How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel was not well sign-posted from arrivals hall.
Excellent location for flight arrivals and departures. İnside the airport and so no transfers required. Modern, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Slightly pricey Bit far from city
As it's inside the airport it's awesomely hope-skip-jump to the airport check in. The room was spacious and neat. Good amenities too. They were generous with water and tea/coffee sachets. Good security as well. Staff were very friendly

Nothing, but would not be a good place to stay if you would be touring
The location was perfect for our early flight. The room was on the smaller side, but so convenient. Everything was very modern, and the bed was very comfortable-probably best on our Europe/Turkey trip.

Can not think of anything.
Our aircraft left early so they fixed 2 boxes for us to take along for breakfast. Thank you. The location was great. Just up the elevator to the International terminal. What more could we ask for. Great room. Great location. Great breakfast

No issues.
I booked this room as I had a morning flight the next day and didn't want the hassle of having to wake up earlier and worry about getting to the airport on time. It is just 1 floor below the departure level. Breakfast was provided so I didn't have to rush to go buy anything. Check in and check out process is very smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful with my luggage. I was allowed to park temporarily at the entrance as I wanted to settle the check in process before returning my rental car at the carpark. The room was clean and I was even provided an extra bed well before check in as I had requested it because we were travelling in a group of 3. Overall I give it a 10/10. I highly recommend especially if you have an early morning flight and don't want to wake up earlier and worry about transportation to the airport.

It was hard to find in the airport.
Hotel was just an overnight stay from a late flight in to when we could pick up our car.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel itself. There are not a lot of eating options at the airport and things are overpriced.
The hotel is very conveniently located in the airport terminal (near domestic arrivals). The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff were very friendly. The location is ideal for early/late flights or trains.

Noisy at times (heat warping things or plumbing, not sure which. Plugs need to be flush with the surface above the bed. Fortunately I had enough plug adapters to rise above the “lip” of the surface above the bed.

The room has no windows, but due to that it was very quite, no noise from the airplanes
It is a practical hotel in Izmir. We had our flight around 10, and were travelling with 2 toddlers, so it was practical to end our stay there. The breakfast was avove pur expectations.

Toilet paper fixture had come loose, but probably got missed. I would have loved to have a few drink options in the empty minibar in the room and proper coffee instead of cheap instant coffee by the kettle.
Clean, comfortable room, friendly, professional staff, delicious breakfast, very convenient location for an early morning flight, and reasonable rates. Although the room was a bit too cold for my taste, it became toasty because I had total control of the thermostat. Electric outlets were well-placed and the hair drier was powerful. Good choice of toiletries and nice towels in the bathroom.
