Our phone in the room did not work for the entire 2-night stay. We were told they would come back and fix it but never did

Always a great location to find food or drinks

They did not disclose that parking was not included. Or if they did, I did not see it until I arrived at the property and had already booked. The parking that was provided did not feel safe as a female traveling on my own.

    Decor, room comfort.

I had no negative thoughts throughout my time there.

I booked the room based on location (I was working in town) and rate, it was within my company's guidelines. I walked there and really enjoyed my impression as I approached the property. then was happily surprised by the decor in the lobby, then stickers on the elevators and then blown away by the layout of the room. I truly wish that my trip would have allowed me to be there longer than I was and I definitely bookmarked it as a place to return to in the future.

The worse thing is parking. They need some kid of parking lot or something. Why pay all this money and don't even get parking besides out on the street.

The hotel was clean and nice.

Easier/free parking would be a big plus, and we felt it was a little expensive for the time of year and given the hotel wasn’t busy.

Very comfortable bed and good location for walking to bars and restaurants (particularly Matt’s Big Breakfast!). Rooftop views are lovely but bar was closed because of the weather when we were there.

The parking is a nightmare. There’s maybe 5 free spots for the whole hotel. Everything else you have to pay for parking $20+ for daily depending which lot.

Great location! Very close to everything.
