service at the restaurants sucks! every time we come its awful, we always end up eating out for breakfast Waffle House and dinner, firefly, subway, shrimp basket. I wish we would not have to leave the property. Whenever we eat at the view is like we have to ask who the server is. after being seated for 10 minutes cause no one seems to know and all the staff don't make eye contact so you wont ask. it is awful! I use to like the resort part, but it is not getting better after so many times. I don't think we will stay here again. I will say that the only waitress that has done a good job is Ana, but unfortunately she can't be there all day. also, housekeeping is another story, we HAD to ask for them to freshen up, coffee. Last couple of days I had to ask for toilet paper cause they just came in brought the coffee and didn't look that there was no toilet paper.

The place was beautiful. The food and the entertainment they had for kids every night was great. They had live music for adults... Saturday night Entertainment was amazing, and you would have thought you were in Hawaii. Y'all made Memorial weekend Vacation Awesome. My son really enjoyed the kids' pool area AND THE OCEAN, CLEAR WATER & WHITE SAND. My son was crying when we were leaving. We will definitely be back for sure. It is a great place for FAMILY.

just the elevators that would take long sometimes but understandable due to everyone going up and down for the pool /activities / beach.

The best staff and love how you don’t even have to leave the hotel.. you have everything their and the kids are always happy! Soooo many activities for them it was just soooo amazing and worth every penny.

The hotel seems to be at it’s capacity and there were lines at the elevators all the time, but it wasn’t something that bothered us much. It can be noisy in the rooms sometimes because they have loud music all day long (sometimes until 9pm). We missed more shadow spaces in the pool area. Food is good, but for those staying one week long they should definitely consider adding more healthy options and natural juices at the bar as natural smoothies, bowls and wraps. Breakfast buffet is beautiful but it’s pricey for bigger families that stay longer.

We had a wonderful time as a family of three with a toddler. Rooms were clean and beds were good. The beach was calm and clear, but they also have a nice pool, lazy river and splash pad. There are some points to be update but it seems that they are always aware of it and making sure that you have a good experience. You can have restful beach/pool days with kids, they have everything you need (just be aware that you will pay for it unless you bring some stuff you need from home).

I would have liked that the water was heated all the way thur May, it was still a bit chilly and the heated water would have been nice. Possibly another hot tub, because the one was crowded the whole time.

It has everything! You don’t even have to leave the property. The staff is amazing, the pools are amazing. There is nothing lacking for a family, plenty of options for all!

This is my first visit to this hotel and I can define several points in favour : The parking , the food in general , the connection to the beach and the ocean . One point which the management should take care of is part of the internal furniture .
