We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyBooked this hotel because it had a free airport shuttle. Turns out if you need to be by the airport before 7am, you have to take care of it yourself. It nowhere said that airport shuttle was only available at certain times…. This was the only reason we booked the hotel. It’s totally worn down, old, beds uncomfy and then you don’t even get what you pay for. Personnel had no understanding for it and didn’t help out at all. Never coming back.

United StatesStaff did not even bother to connect to the electricity the coffee maker, fridge, and TV. Light is little in the rooms, so I could not see the plugin place behind the desk. Do i need to go under the desk after 15 hrs flight? Dark curtains are fake, only covering the ends of the window, but not large to move and cover the full window. I felt that this room was like this for months, not freshly cleaned and prepared for a customer coming tired, paying $135 for a night. bathroom paint was peeling because of mosture. Shuttle driver was not friendly, and info about the shittle was incorrect. It travels every hour not when you call them.
Breakfast was OKK, nothing really fancy eggs, nuffins, toast, pankackes, coffe, tea, juices, cereal. So it was fine. They do not provide gluten free bread or pastires, so I could not eat bread at all/

IndiaThe staff in the front office (Reception) are horrible. They do not have minimum courtesy to talk to guests. In particular there was a male staff in the reception on 5th Aug. (at around 7 PM) who is unfit to be in the reception. He was so bad in his communication. We booked 2 rooms but the guy was unable to trace it & was arguing that we have only 1 room booking. It took almost 30 minutes for him to trace the 2nd room booking & we were forced to stand in the reception for almost 30 minutes. He is a horrible & I never saw such a horrible staff in my life.

United StatesParking was an absolute joke. The hotel gave all the parking spots on the property to "park and fly", so the whole lot was full of people who weren't even staying at the hotel. Tried to park up front just to be out of the way, only for the front desk to threaten to have us towed! Nobody was present at the front desk for checkouts. We just had to leave our keys in a pile and pray everything worked out. Unbelievably bad time

United Statesthe receptionist was telling me my booking got canceled since I was a no call no show but I never received an email or anything stating that would happen. she said I had to call to let the hotel know I was going to be late checking in even though I had reserved a room and received confirmation of the booking and my account had been charged. she was rude and unprofessional. I drove 9 hours from Nebraska with my son and almost didn’t have a place to sleep. I told her somebody should have advised me or sent me an email regarding the request to call if I wasn’t going to make it at 3pm check in time which didn’t make sense at all being that I always reserve rooms and I am always late checking in due to air flight delays or traffic and or work delays. she needs to be retrained. it was Saturday morning around 8am that I arrived and she was there. then since I was showing her emails on the booking confirmation and nothing on the cancellation then she ended up giving me a handicap room.

United StatesThe place is old and dated. The toliet and sink is way too low. Carpet is old. Holes in the wall. The bed is hard as a rock. The whole hotel is dark and gloomy. It was an uncomfortable stay. I slept sitting on the chair and slumped over the bed a bit because the bed was so hard and I could feel the springs. Bed was so small too. The bathroom had no vent and its a small room. So be careful what you eat otherwise smells lingers.

The location and the free shuttle bus from the airport was great. The driver was very entertaining and had us all laughing. The distance from chicago wasn't so good but we did a 16min walk to catch a bus and that was very easy from the bus we caught the blue line train into Chicago and it all went perfectly and was so cheap well worth doing
