Charming city, so much to see and do. I love a bargain and there were bargains everywhere! Lots of great food and entertainment. People were very friendly and helpful. You can Uber for almost nothing here, although don't expect air conditioning in most of the cars. I highly recommend doing one of the boat cruises and anything you want to do you can get a better price online. Ask around before you do things, there are so many hidden treasures and such amazing food!! I love Cabo Frio and will definitely return!WhiteUnited States - 8.0Scored 8.0

The town beach is beautiful however quite dirty sand wouldn't walk around without a good beach shoes. Lots of broken glass bottles. However the boat trips take u to some magnificent clean beaches like paradise worth to visit. Couldn't find a boat trip without loud music...I would prefer quietness. The main atraction are the beaches. White sand, sunny days and very calm water. The beaches were great especially Peró beach open sea not so crowded and clean water. Great restaurants and bars. It’s good for a short stay especially after coming from Búzios. Great to go on tours and visit the islands and other beaches in the area. Also great for water activities like the banana ride and others.

Everything clean and tidy, the styling of the apartment was nice and modern with thought-out details. Amazing location very close to the beach. It was not super close to the center of Cabo Frio, but we could walk in about 20-25 min or drive and park in the center. There was also a supermarket, padaria, and restaurants closeby (walking distance). Private parking space in a closed parking under the house.
