Everything was just perfect! The rooms very clean, beds very comfortable, food excellent, the free shuttle is a plus but the day we went to the outlet the bus didn't pick up passengers, so we have to pay a taxi.

I only stayed 10hrs (overnight) but had the impression that I should return one day and explore the area as it is spacious and the hotel I stayed at was awesome! It looked quite rural in parts and original housing so was quite a treat to bus through on way to the airport. I would love to list what they offer but at this stage I don't know. One day I will ! It seems to offer huge potential for overseas travellers or city to country travellers. I think I've missed out on a lot this time.

Narita is a charming and friendly little city.
Narita is a charming and friendly little city. We didn't have time to explore everything about it. Known for its temples there is every opportunity for good photos. Loads of places and choices to eat.

We needed a place to stay near the airport as we had an early flight so chose two nights here. We actually got t the airport from Tokyo then used the hotel shuttle bus to go to the hotel which saved us the hassle of figuring out trains/buses. We used the shuttle the following day to go to the mall for last minute shopping. Then again the next day early to get us to the airport. The hotel staff were very welcoming and room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Would like to have been there longer to explore local sights.

I live and work in Japan.
I live and work in Japan. I usually discourage people from flying into Narita, as its location is very inconvenient. One can usually save 1 hour travel time by flying into Haneda airport instead.
That being said, some flight connections or airlines only work via Narita, and it is a very nice and clean airport with good shops.
And if you have a connecting flight to somewhere else in Japan, Narita will do just as well as any other airport.
I booked this hotel to catch early flight next day, didn't expect that it is very near to a main train station which is only about 15' from Narita Airport. The hotel also provides shuttle bus service which runs quite frequent and does not take much more time than train. In the end we decided to take the shuttle bus, bus is super clean, the driver and her assistant are very friendly and helpful.
Similar to other APA hotels that we were staying, everything here is well organised and clean, staffs are friendly and polite.
the location was wonderful. it's right across the street from a temple. If you ship your bags and ride in on the train, it's at the very end of the road. It was wonderful seeing all the stores I wanted to explore on my way to the hotel. It was also nice because they gave me a chance to walk a different route in the morning and come back in the afternoon. I chose this because they had a shuttle service to the train, which was very helpful as I was headed to the Narita airport and it was a short train ride away.
The best thing about this hotel was that is was located near Narita Airport. The 2nd best thing was the price. The lobby is very elegant and there was a convenience store there also. The room and property was very clean. The room size was actually very decent and not confining at all vs. the rooms in the city. The staff was great. Security was great- room key needed to access upper floors. Perfect place to stay if you do not want to hassle with the 1 hr + commute into the city when you arrive jet lagged.
We arrived late and dinner and room service were still available at 10 pm! The airport bus and shuttle bus into Narita were excellent options. We had 8 hours before our flight so the hotel locked up our luggage. We took the free bus to Narita Station and walked over to the beautiful Naritasan Park. We walked to the Aeon Mall and there was a free Tobu bus pick up from there as well. We had an amazing day exploring the area before our flight. It was perfect to tire our kids out before a long flight.
Good property at convenient location if you are alighting late at Tokyo Narita airport or if you are departing very early in the morning as the hotel is just located at the basement of terminal 2 Narita airport.
For the fee I paid I think it was of decent standard and clealiness. The capsule hotel provides anything that you basically need for 1 or 2 night stay. They provide tooth brush, face and large bath towels, yukata and slipper, also a locker big enough to accomodate two lugguages.
The size of the room is spacious enough for 3 paxs. The staffs are polite and helpful. It's within 5 mins walk from JR Narita station. We paid extra for the breakfast set which it's worth it. Typical Japanese breakfast with coffee and bread. It's clean and have daily housekeeping. Though the hotel is a bit old, but it clean and well maintained. Provide free shuttle to airport which is a bonus for us.
Location was perfect, it also provides a shuttle bus to all the terminals in Narita Airport. They don’t just give you a van as a shuttle, it’s a coach bus size so it’s legit, clean, and efficient. Hotel is located next to the stairs/elevator to the Keisei Station. After check-in, you go back up the escalator/stairs/elevator to go back to Narita San Omotesando or food and shops and city center.
Perfect location for our early departure from Narita. It saved a lot of hassle only being 5 minutes away from the airport rather than staying in Tokyo and then a good hour’s drive to Narita. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport was excellent. All very easy. A very comfortable room. A good 24/7 in the foyer do you could just have a snack if you didn’t want to eat at the restaurant.
I stay at this hotel every time I have to fly from Narita airport, the location and the shuttle bus service are very convenient. The front desk staff are exceptional, they are very helpful and remembered my family even after a year. The playroom and pool are perfect for guests traveling with small children. The price is very reasonable, I will obviously stay there again.
Amazing location near the airport. Free shuttle bus to/from airport and Narita station. Fluent English speaking staff. Pool, sauna and bath which I didn't have time to use, but it's nice to know it's there.
Also I needed to change my booking to a new date and they were so gracious and supportive in assisting me with that. Very easy communication with the hotel.
The hotel was conveniently located about 20 mins from Narita airport, with a free shuttle bus from terminals one and two. The staff were very friendly and checkin went smoothly. The room was pretty spacious for Tokyo standards and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was also good! I will definitely stay here again next time I fly from Narita airport.
The proximity to shops and eateries is tops! The hotel is clean and functional and maximises the room space nicely.
We are just reflecting that we tend to move out of Narita Airport quickly to go to Tokyo and other areas. Narita truly has many gems worthwhile exploring. We will return for more and the hotel is one we will confidently book again.
The hotel room was very spaceous and the beds were very comfortable. The morning buffet was great too. The location to and the connection provided by the shuttle to the airport were excellent! The shuttle goes every 30 minutes and they provide you with a schedule when you check-in. A good hotel to stay at before an early flight out from Narita.
Hotel is around 20-30 min shuttle from Narita Airport. Shuttel stops at other hotels too. There is also a shuttle to Narita train station which takes about 20 min. From there it is like 1,5 hours to Tokyo.
Room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good.
Some restaurants/supermarkets around. Hotel has it's own little store as well.
The airport shuttle is very nice provided by the hotel, and it only took 15- 20 minutes from narita airport to the hotel and vice versa, and for the price you pay, the room are actually quite spacious, comfy and clean, I really enjoy my stay there
We booked this hotel at our last night at Tokyo since our flight was on 11 am and wanted to arrive at the airport comfortably.
The rooms are large, clean, they have free shuttle to and from the Narita airport and very nice breakfast.
This hotel is awesome! The price is exceptional. It's only a few minutes from Narita International Airport. You can ride the free shuttle to the airport from the hotel and take the train into Tokyo. It's very convenient.
It was nice restaurant and all the staff were professional and also the shuttle bus from Airport T2 to the hotel for the future i will recommend everyone to stay in Toyoko inn Narita Airport shinkan and enjoy the trip.
