I’m a real estate agent in Florida. So I see a lot of properties and hotels. From the higher-end fixtures to the lux shampoo and body wash, this place goes the extra mile. I’ve been traveling since December, to include Dubai, Thailand, Bali, Singapore and Vietnam. This is hands down the absolute best stay I’ve had. Extremely clean. It’s a bit far from downtown, but I assure you that’s a good thing. I stayed downtown in two other Homestays before this one. This experience was no comparison. There’s a great restaurant down the street and Grab delivery can bring you anything you need. It was peaceful and quiet with flowers and nice landscaping. Very ideal to relax. I’m actually shocked by how well it’s maintained and ran. That’s not something you see every day in anywhere. There was clearly a lot of thought put into developing this Homestay. I would not stay anywhere else….not for a minute.

Good value for money and a good location! Nice and close to all the main tourist sites and lots of options for food. The homestay is located down an "alley" which I actually really liked, feels like you're really part of the community as lots of families live there so on the walk down the "alley" there are small children waving and saying hello. Very sweet. A fairly light touch from the owner as this homestay is just guest rooms and doesn't provide food like some others but he responds really quickly if you need any help :)

Located near Hue Imperial with the river view. The homestay is filled with sunshine every morning and stays peaceful throughout the day. The facilities is fairly new and in a good condition. The environment is also very clean. The staff is super responsive and very helpful. Be noted that the street is quite narrow for cars to get in so you will need to walk 100 meters to get to the homestay. For motorbikes it is more than enough. In addition, please check with the owner for the bathroom, it is different for each room. The room we stayed in has clear tempered glass with curtains (and it will not cover every glass) so it might not suitable for friends or family members.

The staff were very friendly, they allowed me to check in early. The location is great and it has lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Comfortable room. I would definitely stay here again!
