Sumit & Sheromi are really friendly owners. They try to make you as comfortable as possible. They prepared us an amazing breakfast & lunch to go. The house is very big and super clean!! Everything you need: well equiped kitchen, laundry machine, big rooms with aircon and attached bathroom (with hot rain shower). Wish we could've stayed longer.

Sami and Aline are exceptional hosts, consistently ensuring we had everything we needed. Sami went above and beyond by driving us to the hospital and facilitating a visit to the doctor. His wealth of knowledge about local attractions enhanced our experience; be sure to tap into his recommendations. The availability of a car and scooter further added to the convenience. The apartment itself is wonderfully comfortable, but what truly captivated us was the ever-changing landscape. Our favorite pastime was spent on the terrace, soaking in the breathtaking views and observing the local wildlife. While the kitchen met our needs adequately, we particularly enjoyed indulging in plenty of brewed coffee. The inclusion of a spacious and cozy bed, reliable WiFi, unlimited hot water for showers, and provided drinking water made this place an ideal retreat for us. Without hesitation, we would gladly book again if our travels bring us back to the hill country.

Encantador alojamiento en la ciudad de Kandy. Se trata de una casa que es alquilada por una familia que vive justo al lado. Jaya y su madre, los anfitriones, fueron sencillamente excepcionales. Nos ayudaron con todo. Hasta nos acercaron al centro de Kandy en coche el primer día para evitar tener que coger un tuktuk. La casa es estupenda. Muy bien cuidada y muy limpia, todo como nuevo. Las vistas fabulosas. Por la noche muy tranquilo todo, se puede dormir fenomenal. No podría decir nada negativo de la casa. Un 10. El desayuno típico de Sri Lanka es delicioso.

The Location of the property was great, And we can cook ourself. Kitchen was equipped with all necessary items. The room was very clean. The host Yama was very friendly.

Property is a private self contained apartment (with kitchen) in a quiet neighbourhood in the hills near Kandy. The apartment was originally intended for the owners parents to visit (a Doctor) though it is now mostly rented out. Clean throughout (no bad odours), spacious and comfortable with a good breakfast. Owner is amazingly nice, considerate and went over and above to make us feel welcome; picked us up from town and took us to the sights the next day; checked that were OK getting back from dinner the next day. We were advised that Tuk Tuk price from central Kandy was about 350-500 LKR; and we were able to find something in that range evening on Christmas Eve. There is limited commerce/restaurants directly around the neighbourhood. Something to be aware of though it did not affect our satisfaction given the hosts abundant hospitality.
