It's hard to top this place if you're visiting McGregor and surrounds for a weekend. Very comfy and spacious, and all the appliances you might need if planning a longer stay. Annatjie and Hennie were wonderful hosts.

Amazing pool, which even though shared with one other house on the property, you can find your own space to make it private. Fully equipped kitchen. Even though it was extremely hot the house is naturally cool so you don't even need a fan or air conditioning. Extremely central but also very quiet. Plenty of clean linen and towels. We will definitely be back!!

From the get-go we had a very pleasant experience. Check in was very convenient since we got detailed instructions on how to go about check in and everything was exactly as instructed and easy to find. The facilities were absolutely fantastic and everybody commented on how you really did not want for everything since there was exceptional attention to detail, down to coffee and rusks in the kitchen. We were sorry that we didn't stay longer but certainly plan on staying there again. I would gladly recommend The Barn!

Fabulous self catering cottage (we stayed in the Garden Cottage), close to the pool. Loved the outside braai area, and the abundant bird life. The cottage is spacious, and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The fabulous/surprise bonus is the complimentary wine tasting, and a complimentary bottle of wine, in the Cottage. The Wines are delicious. Loved our stay

We booked the same night we arrived and they had everything ready for us. The location is quiet and walking distance from restaurants and bars. The host was very kind and welcoming, I'd highly recommend this cozy spot.
