We loved every second we spent here - the beautiful and modern apartment, the huge terrace with the wonderful view of the mountains, the people in the village, the food, everything. Visit the monastery, while you are here, have a drink at cafe Oinos across from the city elevator, and eat dinner at Theoxenia just across the street. You can also have a kebab at Andreas a bit further up the street - just be aware that he only takes cash!!! And don't forget to visit the tiny museum just next door from the apartment. The people here are really nice and welcoming, and they invited us for coffee and a short guided tour at the museum (which, in fact, is a part of their house). The building across the apartment, up on a hill, is a winery built and owned by the former major of the village. He also ownes the hotel and restaurant nearby. It's a bit intimidating, the winery, as it is made of concrete and you can see it from anywhere in the village. Kalopanayotis, though, it a fantastic village, built vertically on a mountain, and it's really a must see and far away from the beaten track.

The owner leaves some treats for his guests in the refridgerator.

Very clean Building and Appartment. Staff Marina and the cleaning staff are very welcoming and will ensure everything is perfect for you. The apartment is very clean and almost new. We really liked the space. The area is relatively calm for a city. The parking is included and based on availability. Internet speed is great for the ones working.

The house has an excellent location to the center of Nicosia. I had one of the best stays in Cyprus and the house was clean, spacious and very cozy. We had also an excellent support from the owner, he helped us instantly to whatever we asked him.

Julia's Residence offers accommodation in the greek area of Nicosia, in a short distance from the old town of Nicosia and 1 km from Nicosia old aqueduct. Comfy modern apartment with all facilities. Spotless clean. The host has been extremely cooperative and flexible when I had to change my arrival times. Can only recommend it. Super!
