The location was perfect for my short stay in Lucerne. Lovely quiet neighborhood, but yet very close to the city center (about 10-15 min drive, depending on where you want to go) The room was very clean and spacious, the bed is massive and comfortable (i had a good night sleep). Bed sheets and towels smelled lovely. Bathroom was spotless with lots of space. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. There is also a bath tub, next to the window, but i haven't used it. There is a very good coffee machine in the room as well. Outside the garden is absolutely gorgeous, with an amazing view of the city. The property is surrounded by woodlands and you have your own private entrance. Last, but not least, the host Igor is really the coolest guy. Very polite, friendly and always there to help, smiling, hospitable. I would prefer Igor's place to any hotel and i really recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Lucerne.

The pool, The lake and the hospitality by Peter and his spouse were excellent. The location is great and the kids also loved it. When it rained we went to museum in Lucerne and even with covid we had a great time.

The hotel is very well placed for a trip up Pilatus. Only 7 minutes by bus from Lucerne main railway station. 15 minute walk to Horw station. Very easy to get to Kriens for cable car for Pilatus. Mandela, receptionist is very helpful and made our stay very pleasant indeed. The view of Pilatus from our balcony was amazing and a wonderful choice for breakfast.

Breakfast was great. Luzern pass was great. Bus right outside the door. Perfect. The host is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Strongly recommend this place.

The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and very cozy, the staff very friendly and cheerful. We enjoyed the big trees we could see from our window and the quiet of the garden.

Booked 2 rooms and they were gracious to put us next to each other. Beautiful location with a stunning view. Breakfast was wonderful and all the staff were very friendly and more then happy to help. Room and bathroom were a good size with plenty of space for luggage. Would stay here again.

Silvia was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, despite being next to railway. Breakfast was lovely. location was good. 5 minutes from city centre by train, which runs every 15 minutes.
