Very lovely small family owned Inn with a super nice host family that can speak very good english, nice, clean comfortable rooms, very good breakfast - I am vegerarian, they prepared a different vegetarian breakfast for me every morning, even including fresh fruits (something I completely missed before in Japan), close to the main tourist area with all the famous temples; and on top of that I was brought for free by car to the train station when I checked out. Thanks again!

Attractively located in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto, Hachi Inn is situated less than 1 km from Kyoto Station, a 15-minute walk from Sanjusangen-do Temple and 1.4 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan... the staff was super friendly and gave us a lot of tipps for soghtseeing and restaurants. the room was bright and comfy and well equipped. would come back here anytime!

Featuring 3-star accommodation, Kyono Mori Yurinsha is set in Kyoto, 1.7 km from Sanjusangen-do Temple and 1 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall. We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Kyono Mori Yurinsha. The hosts are so welcoming and lovely, the location is fantastic and the freshly made breakfast was such a nice touch. Everything was beyond delicious. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Machiya Hotel YANAGI features accommodation within 1.6 km of the centre of Kyoto, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a microwave, a fridge and a stovetop. The house is a contemporary renovated town house, it is actually more spacious than the pictures shown and the lighter is much softer and warmth, there is a small backyard with a tiny pond in the middle, the 2nd floor have some interested hollow floor design with a foot bridge connecting the bedroom so you can see the first floor from the 2nd floor, the art collection such as some wall painting and slide door as well as the teapot collection is quite classy as well
