We stayed at the villa during our last 2 days in Sri Lanka. Very well maintained beautiful house located next to the ocean. The owner and staff were very friendly and made a great dinner and breakfast. We could easily stay here for a longer period. The rooms are very spacious and extremely well equipped. One of the best rooms we had during our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka. Highly recommended!

The property was super cool, next to the beach and the host Nelson and Alexandra were really amazing couple. Everything was taken care of on high priority. Nelson is a great cook and always shared what he was going to prepare for us. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous and delicious.

My 2 night stay with Nishanti and Wasantha is surely an unforgettable one. They welcomed me with a garland of fresh flowers and a welcome drink which was so nice. The room was so clean and also nicely decorated with flowers which surely expresses the love and dedication in creating great satsfaction to their customers. Makikita ang New Jaya Villa sa Bentota, 900 metro ang layo mula sa Bentota Lake at 3 km ang layo mula sa Lunuganga. Available ang libreng pribadong paradahan on site. Spacious and clean room that opens to a beautiful garden with a little porch where you can eat your meals. Jaya is very friendly and a great cook, we ate dinner there twice and loved the food. Great location that is tucked away from the main road and is a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Aayu's Guest offers accommodation in Bentota, 500 metres from Bentota Lake. Certain rooms include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. The host is really friendly, everything was super clean, exceptional breakfast, the room is really comfortable and clean, the location is waking distance to the beach! Good value for money! Wifi is available but it’s slow in general in that area I am sure it was highest possible speed. If I ever come back to Bentota I’ll definitely stay there!

Comfortable guesthouse with spacious and renovated family rooms, great for an extended stay. It is 5min away from Cinnamon Bey beach. The staff extremely nice and helpful. The owner attends to his guests himself to make sure that our stay is great and exceeds expectations. They organized a cute setup for our friend whose birthday happened to be during our stay, they allowed us to check out later free of charge, and even arranged for a homemade lunch at the guesthouse itself, on the pergola, which was great. Highly recommended!
