This 4-star hotel is located in the historic diamond district, a 5-minute walk from Antwerpen-Centraal Railway Station. It features a relaxation and wellness area and modern rooms with luxury bedding.... The employees were exceptionally nice and helped us to switch one of our rooms when we felt cold. We again received a very warm welcome and our flurry friend got a surprise gift as well. This was our second stay, but we are returning in the next few months again.

I arrived in Antwerp during the evening by train, so when I realized the hotel is located literaly next to the train station, I was very pleased. The receptionist who greeted me upon my arrival was very kind and friendly and gave me a bigger room than the one I booked, so that was a pleasant surprise. The Wi-Fi worked well, my room was cleaned with fresh towels every day, so everything was great! Thank you and see you again!
