I stayed here moments after proposing to my partner, but on the lead up they arranged scattered rose petals, swan like towel art and room candles for my partner to walk into, it was handled superbly well, the staff also arranged a reservation for kaiseki locally, they where tremendously helpful and made our stay all the more better, we are already planning on staying again, thankyou all so much 🙏❤️

Location was perfect as easy to get everywhere. The bicycles were great too. Rooms were comfortable and the staff very helpful!

The location is perfect and the view from the windows on the 2nd floor was amazing. We got complimentary Christmas card and cookies, which was a pleasant surprise.

Renovated in 2014, Hotel Binario Saga Arashiyama offers a restaurant, a café and a public bath. JR Sagaarashiyama Train Station and Torokko Saga Station is just a minutes’ walk away. Loved this hotel for a second time. Access from JR Saga Arashiyama station could not be easier! A perfect choice to enable an early stroll along the bamboo path. The breakfast is a very novel experience: with an English brochure and help at hand, guests make their own tofu at their table. The small cafe is also very convenient for lunch. Nearby Randen line gives access to many other iconic places in north-west Kyoto.
