The room are clean and tidy! The breakfast is amazing with really good coffee!! The staff speaks really good English and was very helpful! I left early in the morning for my flight and one of the staff make sure that I have snacks for my flight! I would definitely recommend staying here the price is really reasonable if you want a private room compared to other Hostel. They are the few if not the only hostel with their own building so the noise is very minimal!

Wow! This was an absolute gem of a hostel. Could not recommend it enough. We stumbled across it by chance as we wanted to stay somewhere close to the monastery. The husband and wife team running it were amazing - so friendly and helpful. We had a double room on the ground floor which was huge and really modern which I wasn’t expecting in UB! However the real treat is the modern open plan kitchen/dining area and roof terrace at the top of the guesthouse. We had breakfast in the sunshine enjoying the view over the city - wonderful. And then after a day of sightseeing we picked up some beers and enjoyed them in the setting sun on the terrace. So good. This is a brilliant hostel. Don’t hesitate - book it!!!!
