The gentleman at reception was very helpful. We got there in the evening and wanted something to eat he asked the porter to take us to a place to order some food..helped us out in the morning with getting sim cards etc...100% great customer service

The staff were very friendly And the Receptionist speak fluent English I forgot his name but it was a guy. Staff is very helpful The hotel is in the cbd but it was very quiet as I was worried about the noise
