This hotel is sooo much more than just a hotel! It has absolutely everything you could possibly need or want on a break away from home. It was an unbelievable experience!! Every single staff member from reception to the rooftop bar to the Jazz club were so attentive and friendly, the service was second to none. The food was sensational, the spitbraai before the rugby match was a HUGE treat, not to mention the incredible food at The Marabi Club. I would travel to Jozi JUST for the chakalaka & bone marrow starter!!! It truly was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. It could not have been better. The rooms are spacious, spotless and the balcony is the perfect addition. To all staff, management, and the owner - you guys have created an exceptional venue all under one roof. Thank YOU!!!

I don't want to leave it unsaid that, House of Cairo is the best booking I've ever made. I made the booking last minute, needing a place to stay, work, and have downtime after work, alone and indoors. My jaw was literally on the floor looking at how stunning it was. The host? 10/10 kind and responsive, helpful and you just feel the warmth from across the phone. OMG, the cleaning lady is so amasing, kind and just the best. The place was spotless. WIFI was important since I was working and it did not disappoint. I could go on and on. It shows how much love went into this property with the South African market in mind.

Walking distance from Maboneng clubs etc. There was no need for me to even use my car. The place is safe, friendly security staff 24 hours.
