Hosts were wonderful. She made a delicious 4-course gourmet dinner for the guests. Beautiful pool for a hot day. Short drive to medieval village. Very peaceful. Stylish decor. Very warm and welcoming.

What did we like? EVERYTHING!!! Gladys and Jean Claude are amazing hosts. Nothing was too much! Facilities were spotless, breakfasts were delicious! Jean Claude went above and beyond, taking us on a visit to Carcassonne's environs which we would never seen without our thoughtful guide! Do not hesitate to stay! It was a wonderful experience! %

Breakfast was a wonderful selection, each table had their own buffet with cheeses, meats, salad items, fresh fruits, patries and breads - plus excellent coffee. Karen and Andrew, from their initial greeting right through to our departure a week later were simply wonderful, their beautiful house and it's divine garden provided a much needed rest, yet it was so near to the city for sightseeing and dining opportunities. If visiting Carcassone Number 15 is without a doubt the perfect place to stay.

Excellent location re convenience to everywhere, bus from airport stops nearby, very clean, nice bed linen, comfortable mattress and pillows, nice antique furniture, very helpful owner , lovely tastefully presented breakfast, river walk nearby, magnificent swimming pool complex within 10 to 12 minutes walking distance. We could not have been more pleased

I have never ever given a 10 reviewing at booking. com but this is the perfect moment to start. I would actually need an 11. This was by far the best place we stayed in and this is especially thanks to the people working there. We felt very welcomed, they did pay a lot of attention to detail, even brought us some cheese & cold cuts when we were just sitting in the garden enjoying the sun and a bottle of wine. The rooms are really spacious and beautifully furnished (again, a lot of attention to detail). The breakfast is great as well, with homemade cakes & marmelade. All guests are sharing a big table for breakfast which was a great opportunity to get in touch with other guests and share recommendations for places to visit. It was just the perfect place to spend a long weekend. Thanks so much for everything! We will definetely visit again!

The room was wonderful: a larger than average size, and a view out to the restaurant courtyard and the cathedral. Location was pretty well perfect: being inside the walled city was a huge bonus; we could go out for a while and then return for a short rest. The establishment is not a hotel, but a restaurant not a hotel with a couple of rooms, meaning there is no reception in the morning. But that was not a problem at all, because the room had everything we needed. Very highly recommended.

Excellent location with a fantastic view of the medieval city from the terrace. Easy to get to both Carcassonne new town and the medieval city. Plenty of place to eat minutes from the door. The owner Frédérick is lovely, really helpful with things to do places to eat etc. He really makes an effort to ensure guests feel welcome and have everything they need.
