Amazing guesthouse! Jeanette and the stuff are so welcoming and will help with anything you need. The building is beautiful and everything is very clean. rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooftop garden is lovely and pleasant. Breakfast is generous and delicious, don't skip it! This place really feels like home!

Location was excellent, hospitality was exceptional! You're treated like a family member, and I'm not kidding. The hosts are so very polite and vibrant, infact people in goa are so polite in general that I was pleasantly surprised. Hence, the ratings online are totally justified. I'm not going to spoil everything but you must experience this place and it's surrounding pubs and cafes and restaurants, atleast once in your vacation :)

The property is located in a very peaceful area but still within 25 minutes walking distance of the city centre. Deric was a great host, very welcoming and helpful and the best in 6 years travelling in India. He sent us recommendations on what to do and made sure we had everything we needed. A very good breakfast was served across the road in Soul Curry and Deric was there each morning to make sure we were well looked after. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a private entrance. The sleeping area was on a mezzanine level with the bathroom and a small kitchen area on the ground floor. There was a lovely shaded balcony accessible from the mezzanine.

location super good, nice room, would like to have pillow cases more clean and new, and towel, the smell is not bad but is not like a clean, is not soap smell on it
