The accommodation is very comfortable, charming, and its spot on the lake is just amazingly beautiful. The owner was very kind and helpful to let us check in a little earlier. I highly recommend this place.

The kitchen was easy to use and well-stocked. Loved the option for using both grill and counter top oven. The clothes line was convenient and appreciated. The place was comfy yet spacious and had an nice option for outside sitting (and even grilling). This was one of of our favorite spots in our two-week tour circling Iceland.

Sólbrekka Holiday Homes is located in Mjóifjörður, a remoted fjord in east Iceland. Free WiFi access is available in this holiday home. It's a beautiful, cozy hut with breathtaking views into the mountains and over the fjord. So quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped kitchen, cute bathroom and a good mattress to sleep like a baby. The owners are very friendly and were extremely helpful to me on the first morning after arrival.... Also they gave me a nice hint to a hike above the hut, which was very nice. The beauty of the setting is definitely worth riding the not so nice unpaved road. Just take it easy, it's only 32km 😏 with great views.

Guesthouse Birkifell is located in Höfn and offers accommodation with a garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace. Free WiFi is available. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. We loved this amazing little cabin at the foothills of the mountains! So peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was fantastic and had incredible views. Hosts were amazing and had 2 very friendly and playful dogs. Close to a glacier which we managed to have to ourselves after a morning hot tub. Heating and hot water in the cabin was great. Beds very comfy.

Set along the Seydisfjordur Fjord, these cottages are less than 3 km from the town of Seydisfjorudur. Each offers impressive panoramic views and a large terrace with an outdoor hot tub and BBQ. Great view Cozy cottage with a warn jacuzzi. Hosts are great people

There's all of the amenities we can possibly need. The host was a delight as well, very nice, helpful and comprehensive. Heated floor in the main entrance, café machines and drying and washing machines also available. It was a really a modern house with a comfy outlook. Comfortable beds and big nice dining table. We loved it.

These holiday homes all offer a private terrace with barbecue facilities, in addition to a well-equipped kitchenette with free coffee and tea. Egilsstadir town centre is a 8-minute drive away. Very homey and well maintained. We had a great time, the place is very cozy and next to nature
