Erpsstadir Cottage provides self-service accommodation on a working dairy farm. It offers views over Hvammsfjördur and a large terrace with an outdoor hot tub. The cottage is nice, clean, comfortable, well equipped (including washer), and the hot pool ready for us was a great bonus. It is in a bit remote location if somebody wants to do sightseeing, but it is a great place for a relaxing time. The hosts were very accommodating. They also opened the shop in the morning when we were leaving and we could have great ice cream, cheese.

Well equiped kitchen, including coffee machine with coffee capsules, tea and everything you need for cooking. We were there 2 families and didn't miss anything.

This house was perfect! The setting is so peaceful and quiet. A great location for exploring the peninsula. It is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and relax. It was our mid-week stop so being able to do some laundry was a bonus.

Incredible view of the northern lights over Kirkjufell mountain from the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable with no expense spared. The kitchen was very well stocked. Hosts were friendly and responsive.

My family and I loved the design of the house - it was very cozy and made us feel right at home. The villa had a lot of great touches including a well stocked kitchen (various spices, coffee pods, etc.) and yoga mats. The rooms were small, but the beds were very comfortable. Although there is only one bathroom, it was spacious and very clean. The outside deck overlooking the ocean and the hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the ocean and mountain views. I highly recommend taking an evening or morning walk on the beach! Our family really enjoyed this villa and we will keep it on our list for future Iceland trips!

Loved the location n the space - stayed for two nights -there were 6 friends - lots of space to hang out n visit n walked around town to restaurants n grocery store.
