This was an amazing little home for my stay in Savannah. My room was perfect and tidy, located in a big beautiful old Savannah home, with plenty of street parking around. About a 20-25 minute walk to the city centre, and I loved this walk..passed so many beautiful parks and squares on the way in. Still felt very safe and followed the owner's advice on streets to take if I had any concerns for night time. I loved the location of the house because of its separation from the centre of everything, and yet it also had restaurants and coffee shops about 7-8 minutes away walking on Bull St.. Darrell, the owner, is a wonderful, kind, straight forward-no bs individual. Very responsive to my to my communications with him. I felt very at home in this house, especially at my end of my day when I'd get to sit on the patio in the front of the house absorbing the hours that went by is the warm still Savannah air. truly a very special place and I miss it already. Thank you Darell for sharing your home. I'll be back soon I know!
