Wifi was constantly going in and out and would sometimes be off for more than half the day. Carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and desperately needs replacement. Beds were very uncomfortable and woke up every morning with a backache. Staff was friendly but were not engaging. Pool had grime on the bottom that I could scrape with my fingernails and had hazy look.
