We enjoyed the visit to Piatelli vineyard, a long way there. The place is beautiful, the visit excellent with their bilingual guide. It is rather expensive in my opinion for what it is, and if stopping for a meal afterwards that was gorgeous, but very expensive. Staying at the bodega hotel (In my case, el Porvenir) is highly recommended! Also, you can enjoy great lunch or dinner at lots of bodegas (El esteco, Piattelli, etc.) Please stay at least one night there and enjoy each bodega's unique wines. Stunning town, we absolutely loved it here. We walked everywhere, i highly recommend eating at the bodegas. Our favorite bodegas were Piatelli and Nanni, Esteco was nice too but a bit too pricey. The scenery is something I would come back for alone. Piatelli had amazing food and so did bodega Nanni. El Ranco is good for dinner too and it’s on the main square.CiaraIreland - 10Scored 10

Small but cute town with lots of restaurants and shops for tourists. Many wineries are within the city and all is at walking distance. The further wineries are only 4 min drives from town. Very clean and with plenty of options for all budgets. Ideal for wine and food lovers.BAFlorArgentina

It was of course not a AIRE experience but it was private for 2 people with a nice view. Plus it was included in room rate which was a great deal. The room itself was big, so was the bathroom. The king size bed was huge and comfy. They also offered us a bottle of wine and some dessert which was a nice touch.
