Located in the center of the city so there are shops, grocery stores, restaurants, malls, historic sites, bus station, everything maybe 15-20 minutes away or less. The hostel is secure, we always felt safe. The owner is really friendly, even waited outside with us early in the morning while we waited for an Uber. We felt very welcome and the stuff was super friendly. our room was to the street and the windows do not really keep any noise away-- but the city iitself calmed down during the nght and we had a very good sleep. The local style breakfast was included and a good start to discover more of the city.

The place has a cozy feel and yet allows you to have your space. The staff were fantastic, they were welcoming and willing to answer questions and go above and beyond. The staff did a good job of keeping the hotel secured and safe. The breakfast was one of the best we experienced in Argentina and the merienda was a welcome surprise. After meetings, it was so appreciated to be able to have a snack and coffee included.

Her apartment is filled with all kinds of historical artifacts and objects of art, some of them very old. The living room is practically a museum! Fer is also an excellent local guide. I recommend that you ask her to introduce you to the history of Tucuman, the cradle of Argentina's independence, and show you all the important places in town. Tours with an emphasis on local wines and cuisine are also possible.

Another bonus of this hotel is that it has its own parking lot free of charge, although small. Location may be also a problem if you expect to have lunch or dinner around.
