The location and the personal attention to every question, request and observation made my family feel entirely at home. We were treated to a delightful discovery of Ushuaia, Patagonia, through their services before (contacted us to assure arrival and planning started) & during our stay. Everyone of us enjoyed their favorite moments while comforted by this home away from home. All the while making sure, our plannned activities were maximized, offering personal shuttle and guide services that rivaled the crowded commercial services in town, of which we enjoyed both ways.

The manager was very accommodating. We arrived early coming off a cruise. We were able to get into our room and leave our bags, go get something to eat, etc. The manager also arranged for a taxi for the following morning. In addition, he opened the breakfast room an hour early so we could eat before heading to the airport. Very personalized service.

Breakfast was fine, I was in a hurry so I took coffee ith milk, juice, yogurt and 2 croissants. But I also saw fruit. The shower has an excellent preasure to confort your body after a cold day. The bed was enormous. My room was at the last floor and the view was lovely, I hace a table to eat, a closet and a big TV. There is a kind of lobby at each floor where you cand sit with ypur computer or exercise in the machine. The view there is also lovely

Pousada bem localizada, da pra fazer tudo a pé, não tem estacionamento, mas podemos deixar a moto na frente da pousada sem problema, o acesso aos quartos é por escada, o quarto é amplo com aquecedor, frigobar, mesa para refeição, cama boa e o café é bem simples porém bom (Dica de câmbio na Western Union do Carrefour, foi demorado mas tranquilo e não tinha limite de saque)

La ubicación excelente, cerca de todas las atracciones que ofrece la ciudad, a una cuadra de la San Martín (calle principal), el desayuno completo, la limpieza excelente, pero lo que más rescato es el trato cálido del personal, siempre atento a las necesidades del pasajero, y tratando de solucionar cualquier problema. Destaco a Victoria por su buena onda y a Omar con todas sus gentilezas y preocupación para que la estadía sea inolvidable. Gracias!!!!!!

Eu tive a melhor experiência possível na Pousada del Pinguino. O Omar e a Victoria foram extremamente atenciosos e receptivos, dando várias dicas de passeios e restaurantes. A localização da pousada é ótima, e encontra-se logo acima da principal rua de comércio (San Martin). Eu certamente voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo a todos que desejam ter uma experiência tranquila e acolhedora em Ushuaia.

Chambres simples mais propres et grandes. Pas d'ascenseur mais c'est prévu pour bientôt et le personnel vous aide. Super petit déjeuner. personnel très gentil. Très bien, à une ou 2 rues des magasins et du centre.
