Lujan de Cuyo is a beautiful wine region South of Mendoza near the Andes. The wine is fantastic and the views are even better. One huge advantage is that the Mendoza city buses (Mendotran) service the valley as well so it's easy (and cheap) to access. If we were to return we'd stay in the small town of Chacras de Coria where restaurants and wineries are more accessible. We were South of Mendoza river where a car would have been useful.
Strongly recommend Catena Zapata tour and tasting and lunch at Ruca Malen.

A lovely small hotel/b&b with a very personal approach. the staff are very helpful in organizing visits to the bodegas and arranging taxis. the gardens are very nice, the pool clean and a good size. the room (we had the family room) was clean, comfortable and a good size for a family of 4. all the rooms are well spaced out so you feel like you have lots of privacy. The evening restaurant offers a great 3 course meal washed down with some local wine of course! we would stay again.
Gabriela is a really friendly and helpful host. always responsible and helped us find transportation around Mendoza. she even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, bread, butter and alfajorew. very thoughtful.
she was so sweet with our son. we loved the pool - its clean and it was amazing to spend some of the really hot hours here
The garden is so beautiful, well maintained and there are lots of nice places to hang out. It is so close to the central square of Chacras
Only the bed. The bathroom had problems. Only hot shower saved. The proprietor wasn't in, didn't come to meet us. Some other person. Was kind and gentle, but structure of the place is overall poor.
We left for an AirBnB place and payed the same amount for 2 days, instead of 4. But got 10x more! So if the proprietors of this place want better paying customers, they got to fix a lot of things. And really simple things!
So if you are used to good hotels, STAY AWAY!
Beautiful hotel, and the people working was very nice and helpful when we had a request. You have a very good aircon in the room. Small food corner at few meters away and the big mall is just few minutes by car.
Very nice and clean swimming pool. The garden is huge and a nice fresh place to spend the afternoon.
The hotel prepared a BBQ for all the guest and it was a great meeting moment.
The rooms were private and exceptionally clean. The owner was simply unbelievable! Nothing was perceived as a problem for him to accomplish in helping us plan our stay in the Mendoza area. Food was excellent! And the staff friendly beyond belief.!!! I would go back there in a heartbeat! We have stayed in a lot of places, and this place is unbelievably special.
Ok it's bit pricey, but the place is worth the money, after spending some days travelling in a budget hotels.
The architecture of the rooms reminds the old, after colonial times. The rooms also are clean and the bed lovely.
The bus stop is just a minute walk, restaurants 5-8 minutes, and the most important, wineries up to 50-60 minutes on foot.
The owner Nacho and all of his staff were absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful with our visit to Mendoza. Really good breakfast and great dinners were available every night. Very flexible with vegetarians also. An Oasis in Lujan de Cuyo. Great location for all the best in Mendoza region.
Peaceful and relaxing place to return to everyday.
The house and garden were perfect, comfortable, private, and quiet. Spacious, clean, and in a guarded neighborhood. An ideal location for visiting the numerous vineyards in Lujan de Cuyo.
You could BBQ in the garden and eat under the shade of the large patio
The breakfast was of good quality and abundant for a quick meal. The coffee also was rather good.
The grounds around the hotel were nice and kept up To enter the hotel there was a call box with a sliding door to enter, excellent security.
We love this place! The moment we walked in we already asked the hotel owner if we could extend our stay for one more night.
The hotel is new, well design, stylish.
It is a pleasure to stay there!
We had a great time at Lujan de Cuyo. The accommodation was spacious and clean, everything needed for a comfortable stay. Hosts were welcoming and helped organise trips to vineyards and taxis.
