This is a family run Sporthotel in an authentic Austrian village. The pleasant wood panel ambient is typical for a mountain stay. I liked the friendliness of the staff, the morning buffet, the sauna with a small pool and the immediate proximity of a bus stop bringing me to the very close ski slopes of Muttereralm (2 more ski resorts are accessible by busses). The hotel is a couple of minutes away from a Stubaitaltram stop bringing you down per rail to the City of Innsbruck (a very scenic tram ride). This is important, as it allows you to go out in the evenings. Overally, the price per night was very fair and I would come back to this hotel. It is a very suitable spot for people not really looking for crowded and noisy late night Après-Ski.

The location is perfect . Light train to Innsbruck is three minutes walking up the street and 20 min ride. Quite a many hiking trails around. The hotel is a cozy, comfy place, great breakfast.

Beautiful location in small alpine village of Mutters. Quick walk down to the main street for some dinner. Room had a nice balcony, and 4 large windows that opened for a beautiful view of the mountains and fresh breeze. Host/reception were very friendly. Be clear that this a Quaint hotel in small village. The pool was in the basement level and small but more than enough. They had pool, table tennis and some other games down there as well. They even had a self serve alcohol fridge where you signed out your drink. breakfast was included and was delicious. We loved the breakfast table set with our room #. Very charming and warm feeling the whole time.

This was a great place. Very nice view and a big bonus with stays over 2 days you get a pass to take the light rail into innsbruck, which was AWESOME!! and unexpected. Didnt' move the car the whole time!

The views were incredible, and the location was perfect. Quiet town located above Innsbruck but easy to get to. The breakfast at the hotel was fabulous as well and the staff was super friendly.

The location was very clean and nice. A little far from the Innsbruck but there is a tram right next to it. The breakfast was really nice!

It is out of Innsbruck a few miles in a small town. I liked being there. A tram runs every half hour so it is easy to get to Innsbruck. They provide a pass for the tram when you stay 3 nights or more. Breakfast was a good selection of cold cuts, cereal and a couple of hot dishes.

This is a cosey family hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast is great with a lot of choice. There's a fridge where you can buy drinks and beers 24/7, that's very convenient. The town itself is small but has two restaurants and a small supermarket. The STB tram stops almost in front of the hotel and brings you in 30 mins into Innsbruck. This hotel was perfect for a short wander/cycling trip.

This hotel has very friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and was delicious. With good public transport connections to the alps and the city center, I would highly recommend this hotel.
