Retreat @ Rainbow ... Gateway to Fraser Island ... Perched high on Cooloola Drive, relax away from the "maddening crowd", sit on the massive balcony with ocean views to Fraser Island. A short walk down the hill takes you to the beach and town centre, and, up the hill to Carlo Sand Blow. Very popular for sunrises and sunsets! The back of the property is rainforest/national park. From June to late October is whale season .... so be on the look out. Perfect for couples wanting to chill out and leave their worries at home. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, full size kitchen, dining and lounge. My favourite part is lounging on the front balcony, keeping an eye out for passing whales ... with a glass of wine in my hand! There is a 2 car lockup garage available. Everything is walking distance if you are feeling energetic. It is a two minute drive to the town centre which has everything you will require. From supermarkets to chemist to restaurants to bakeries ... you name it ... it's there.

As hosts, we will not be present as we live in Brisbane, but we are contactable 24/7. The holiday home is managed by a real estate agent in the town centre so any concerns can be quickly addressed. A keysafe is available for check-in. We love spending time at Rainbow Beach and try to spend as much time there as possible. Everytime we visit we fall a bit more in love with this beautiful part of the world. Argueably in one of the best locations in Rainbow Beach. Close to everything yet far enough for peace, quiet and privacy.
