Downstairs enjoy the expanisve open light-filled living spaces, state of the art CaesarStone kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer and handy powder room and double lock up garage. This property also offers free wifi. Saltwater plunge pool, set against harbour backdrop. All this and only 1.5km to Settlement City and Panthers Club and 2.8km to Town Centre. (Please note there is no jetty for this property) Bedding: King sized bed in the main bedroom and queen sized beds in bedroom 2 and 3. No linen included. Please note there is a refundable five hundred dollar security bond for this property. Please note there is an additional 2% surcharge for card payments.
