Wonderfully presented with a functional design, open plan kitchen and dining area, plus a separate living area. In addition, there is a great undercover outdoor BBQ area to relax and unwind in. Other features include: * double lock up garage * airconditioning in bedrooms and lounge room but not king single bedroom * stylish beach-style decor * ceiling fans * modern kitchen * stainless steel appliances * microwave * fish filleting Station * outdoor shower * highchair and cot supplied at the property Literally only a few hundred metres walk to the patrolled surf beach and easy walking distance to the shops and cafes from the end of the quiet culd-e-sac. Sleeps eight in two x queen sized beds, two x king single beds and one x bunk bed.   Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.   Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupanc
