Loved the location. Loved the house. Loved EVERYTHING. Only suggestions would be: 1. Key collection - would be better if the keys were at the house in a lock box there so I didnt have to drive to the other pick up point. 2. Would have appreciated salt, pepper and oil in the house. There was tea and coffee (no sugar though).

1770 Beach Accommodation is a family owned and operated business run by Richard and Jo, who took the plunge and took this business over in December 2023, after falling in love with the area on various holidays to the beautiful Agnes Water & 1770. We specialise in holiday property letting and are a buyer's advocate for Agnes Water & 1770. We hope that our guests fall in love with the area the way we did, and will always want to return.

Property information

A Lure is in the perfect position to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday! A 2 minute walk to the pristine 5 kilometre long Agnes Water Surf Beach, and minutes from cafes, shops and other amenities. Large living area, kitchen and modern bedrooms. Spacious yard and car parking available. Wi-Fi is not available at this property. Please note that Vodafone does not operate in the area and that other mobile networks can be limited/patchy in Agnes Water/1770. Given the location of the house and the flora and fauna around the property, it is possible that some wildlife (bugs, lizards, frogs, birds) may frequent on the verandah and in garden areas.

Neighbourhood information

Agnes Water, QLD is surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea. Approximately 8 kilometres away is the neighbouring town of 1770, a gorgeous, historic place where Captain Cook landed all those years ago. Along the headlands of 1770, visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks. We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities. Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding. It is a short walk to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water. A vibrant Sunday morning market takes place every second weekend.
