A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand grew for expansion into other areas and A Perfect Stay was born. A Perfect Stay now manages over 300 private and elegant homes in many parts of Australia - including Byron Bay, Tweed Coast, Lennox Head, and Scotts Head in New South Wales, plus the Gold Coast, Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula.

A Top Spot is a New York Loft inspired 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pet friendly holiday home with several private balconies, a built-in daybed and outdoor hot and cold shower and a large fenced courtyard with BBQ and outdoor spa. From this top location, cross the road to Clarkes Beach and stroll to Byron Bay town within minutes.

A Top Spot is aptly named for its unrivalled central location in Daniels Lane, Byron Bay, adjacent to the main coastal road, Lawson Street. From here, guests can walk across to Clarke’s Beach - the gorgeous stretch of Byron Bay coastline, lifeguard patrolled in summer and school holidays and perfect for family swimming and learning to surf. For the more adventurous, head to world-famous surf break The Pass at the end of Clarke’s. Take a short walk to the Cape Byron Lighthouse precinct and walk the famous Lighthouse trail, TripAdvisor’s number 1 rated Byron Bay activity. Also in close proximity is ‘Beach Byron Bay’, an award winning cafe with stunning panoramic Clarkes Beach views, as well as the fresh and organic, coffee-lovers local favourite ‘Top Shop’ cafe. This perfectly positioned property is also only a short 5 minute walk to Byron Bay town, to the west along Lawson Street.
