With a beautiful beachfront location, Acaill Accommodation Esplanade Living Self Check-In Self Check-Out is a self-contained, 2-bedroom ground floor apartment just 15 minutes’ walk from the centre of Glenelg. Guests can unwind in the living area which offers a flat-screen TV. The property also offers a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hotplates. 100% cotton bed linen and environmentally-friendly products are provided. Acaill Apartment is positioned a short 15-minute walk from the nightlife, shopping and dining options along Jetty Road. Adelaide Airport is a 7-minute drive from the property. Adelaide city centre is a 20-minute drive away. After a day of beach activities, guests can relax in the air-conditioned renovated apartment. The modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and golden granite benchtops. There is a newly renovated bathroom with a cast iron bath tub, wall hung toilet, walk-in shower and fully tiled surfaces. A washer/dryer and ironing facilities are provided. Free all day bicycle hire is available from West Beach Surf Life Saving Club. The apartment sleeps 4 but a double sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 guests.

Acaill Accommodation is situated in the quiet part of Glenelg. Easy free parking and secluded beach just across the Esplanade but close enough to walk to Jetty Rd for the great hustle and bustle of the cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping or the Glenelg Jetty for the peace and quiet and perhaps sinking a line. There's no 24 hour desk but with an easy 4 digit ACCESS CODE which I SMS text to you the day of check-in ...or for international guests, email one week before , self check-in is available after business hours, consideration of neighbours applies at all times please. Please note : to allow for thorough cleaning and inspection for your stay, self check in stands from 1400 hours, unless otherwise arranged. Fast free unlimited WIFI and 51" Smart TV at Acaill Accommodation... Enviro products used. All 100percent cotton quilt covers, sheets and towels, 2 Bamboo Memory foam pillows, 2 Plush bathrobes, 2 beach towels included in tariff. 100percent Australian wool king-size quilt. 2 Low allergy single quilts Extra plush blankets. Electric queen blanket available during winter. All cleaning products provided
I love the position of Acaill Accommodation. That it is situated in the quiet part of Glenelg. Easy parking...1 Free allocated on-site carpark and ample free on-street carparking. I have been hosting short term rentals since 2010 so am hoping I should know what I'm doing by now...lol In Dec 2013, in fact, the day I signed was 11.12.13, I had the opportunity to purchase Acaill Accommodation. Within one week of getting the keys, we were open for business. From the moment I signed on the dotted line, I was out buying dishes, pots and pans etc, a Sofabed, and even a cast iron wok right down to the vegetable peeler...So that the day I had the keys (everything just fell into place) and Acaill was rented within a week. A couple of years later Acaill was extensively renovated, including new full kitchen with washer/dryer, new bathroom including a cast iron bath and Italian porcelain tiles throughout . I have tried to make it like home...of course it will never be like your own but it is situated in the most beautiful part of Adelaide and I can be as near or far as you like. Please don't hesitate to call me if anything is needing attention and I will do my utmost to fix it.
The Beachouse is 750 metres away...contains an antique carousel, mini golf and funhouse all in one. Relax next door with a massage while the kids play. Jetty Rd shops and cafes just a further 150 metres south. The Patawalonga is just a few steps inland for a stroll along the Pat Frontage to the marina. Adelaide is so easy to get around. All Adelaide CBD streets run north south, east west. Our beaches are west of Adelaide so facing the beach, to your right is north to your left is south. The hills that run along side of Adelaide are in the east. So if you ever lose your bearings, just look for the hills... face the hills and you'll be facing east. If you have time, try to get up to Windy Point or Mount Lofty lookouts for panoramic views of Adelaide and beyond. Not many places in the world where you can see the whole city before you from a natural vantage point. 3 golf courses within cooee of Acaill Accommodation. Take a stroll across the Glenelg Weir, walk along the beach front to the Marina Pier... it's all there for you, what are you waiting for?
