Great coastal vibe. We stayed on the esplanade which has lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. There were some greatlittle boutiques to spend a rainy afternoon in.
Mooloolaba Surf Club is a fabulous spot to eat or have a drink while enjoying the beach and ocean views.
The waterfront has really good walking paths and early morning walks are an awesome start to the day.
The marina has a good array of fresh seafood straight off the trawlers. Even the Sea Life Aquarium was within easy walking distance. There was a swimming event along the beach which was great to watch and cost nothing.

We absolutely love Mooloolaba, the convenience with the shops below for retail and food. Disappointed by how early the restaurants shut and nowhere to get a coffee after 5. Ice- cream shops are open later but would be awesome to get a coffee to match. :-)
We love the big playground just across the road and Coles is a short stroll as well.

We arrived early, no worries, we were given a day pass.key to use all the facilities. Also allowed free use to resort to our family who live in the area, along with free parking. On day of departure, again a day pass was given to use facilities till 5pm. The staff were excellent, so friendly, helpful. Highly recommend to stay here, we will again.

The staff and the owner could not be more accommodating.
The staff and the owner could not be more accommodating. They were beautiful people.
They were perfect. Ashame about the building was not the same.
A lot more matainance and it would be a better stay.
Also a microwave would help.
A small unit, advertised as a One-Bedroom apartment, was actually a studio. It had a separate bathroom, though. Reasonably clean. Good bed.
Great location close to shops and restaurants on the Mooloolaba Esplanade. Coles supermarket just around the corner. Friendly staff in the reception. A few issues (faulty light fitting, missing towels, etc.) were promptly fixed on the same day.
We didn't use the pool, spa and gym facilities, so we can't comment on these.
The staff as always are all very friendly from front desk to cleaning staff, all interactions are friendly and genuine. This is the third time we have stayed at Mantra Mooloolaba, and was the smallest room we have stayed in. For 2 people it was a decent size, my only concern was the noise on Alexandra Parade and the intersection. I was pleasantly surprised. We were on level two which was lower then normal.
Arrived about 2.5 hrs before check in time, was just going to park the car, but the unit was ready so the friendly reception lady said you can check in, great service.
Close to all restaurants on the Esplanade, about 200m away, as well as a Coles supermarket about 300m away.
Good parking with fob key access so very safe.
Loved our stay. Awesome location. Could walk and be on the beach straight away. Close to plenty of places to eat. Can't beat the beautiful ocean views. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and watching the whales. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a great holiday.
Beautifully presented apartments. Sleek and modern yet beachy casual so you feel comfortable walking in off the beach. Great location out of the hustle of Mooloolaba esplanade but just a short walk away. Also great for the walking paths and quieter North Mooloolaba beaches.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Wharf restaurants and attractions, and a leisurely walk to the Mooloolaba Esplanade. It’s only a small complex which with a mix of permanent and holiday rentals.
Great central location in the middle of great shops and eateries.
Easy walking up and down the esplanade - perfect for my 80 yr old mum who came with us .
Modern decor and across the road to the beach .
The Mantra Sirocco was fantastic. Right on the esplanade just across the road is the beach. The rooms are really spacious, bathrooms are huge as well. Kitchen was well appointed.
