There's a fully equipped kitchen that includes a Miele dishwasher, microwave, full cooking facilities and even a water view to Little Beach. The open plan living area provides the comforts of a ceiling fan, TV and water glimpses of the pristine Shoal Bay Beach. There is a Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture available on the balcony so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the relaxing homely feel that unit 1 gives you. The main bedroom has a comfortable Sealy Posturepedic queen ensemble, ceiling fan and access to the balcony to allow the beautiful sea breezes flow through, the second bedroom has two single beds. The 3-way bathroom has a bath, shower and vanity and the toilet is separate, there is also an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and clothes dryer for your convenience. The unit also has one undercover single car space and one-off streetcar space. Shoal Bay is one of the most popular holiday destinations along the coast, there are four fantastic beaches such as Shoal Bay Beach, Zenith Beach, Wreck Beach and Box Beach.  Shoal Bay Beach has stand up paddle boarding, snorkelling and surfing whilst Zenith and Wreck Beach are popular surfing beaches.
