There's a fully equipped kitchen that includes a Miele dishwasher, microwave, full cooking facilities and even a water view to Little Beach. The open plan living area provides the comforts of a ceiling fan, TV and water glimpses of the pristine Shoal Bay Beach. There is a Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture available on the balcony so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the relaxing homely feel that unit 1 gives you. The main bedroom has a comfortable Sealy Posturepedic queen ensemble, ceiling fan and access to the balcony to allow the beautiful sea breezes flow through, the second bedroom has two single beds. The 3-way bathroom has a bath, shower and vanity and the toilet is separate, there is also an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and clothes dryer for your convenience. The unit also has one undercover single car space and one-off streetcar space.
