Bay Parklands Estate at Nelson Bay is positioned over 5 acres with established gardens and plenty of grassed areas for the kids to play, it is a family friendly complex which offers a communal solar heated swimming pool, indoor communal spa, tennis court with night lights. All this and an easy 200 metre level walk straight to Little Beach which is perfect for children as there is a fantastic children's playground and the water is perfect to swim as it is very calm. There is also a popular picnic area with BBQ's and toilet facilities, a great restaurant and bar at Little Beach Marina Boathouse. If you're after the surf beach than beautiful Shoal Bay beach is only a short 600m walk away. If a relaxing coffee is what you're after than the famous Inner Light Tea Rooms are close by, perfect spot to relax with a coffee and their famous fresh scones whilst taking in the breathtaking water views of Port Stephens. Bay Parklands is the ideal location for a relaxed beach side holiday where everyone's needs are catered for. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, complete cooking facilities including BBQ, family size fridge/ freezer and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. The internal laundry is adjacent to the kitchen and provides a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
